I loved pretty much everything. It's absolutely perfect. I would love onsite parking, but the king room was everything I wanted. Clawfoot tub, sitting area, windows, really cool vibe.

Plenty of space in the room and comfy bed. Lots of thoughtful touches - we especially appreciated the white noise machine, dimming light switches, and tokens for coffee downstairs. Online check in and customer service was easy to use. We’d definitely stay here again.

If you love older buildings with character, this place is perfect for a stay near the Pearl. They've done a great job updating the rooms and making all the spaces charming, including the lobby and lounge area. There's also a coffee shop attached to the lobby. Walking distance to Powell's and a lot of local shopping / restaurants. Building was secure at night. Highly recommended.

This hotel was exactly what I had in mind for my trip. Great check in, secure , not noisy and excellent price! It’s a hotel for travelers for sure who are not expecting the norm from traditional hotels. I liked it!! Close to everything Portland has to offer. Used spot Hero to find a great garage 5 minutes away walking. Didn’t need my car so this was a secure solution during my stay. I will definitely stay here again!

In a great central part of town and the hotel itself is a cool old school vibe. Also unexpectedly came with 2 vouchers for delicious coffee next door. Only downside was the lack of parking, but I was able to park overnight at a garage a <5min walk away for $26.

Historic hotel in the heart of downtown with lots of character. Shower in middle of room so would only recommend for couples or solo travel. Great coffee next door. Sound machine and ear plugs in room if needed. Appreciated the pet friendly room and an affordable price!

Nice room with two full beds. Good vibes and cool decor similar to a hostel. Located right in the pearl district close to neighboring restaurants. Perfect for an affordable stay while visiting Portland.

We were unable to check-in due to problems with Kasa's software (I guess). We waited in the lobby for a while when Miles came in. He took control of the situation and somehow worked around the problem, got us in our room and was able to get us a pass code. He also recommended some excellent places to eat that didn't break the bank. If it wasn't for Miles I don't know when we would have got a room since I didn't get a response from Kasa until 5:00AM the next morning.

-Nice vintage decor in an old historic hotel. -Easy online check in/check out
-clean, well maintained room
「Queen Deluxe」 (with record player!)
-great location for transit, eating, shopping.
- nice coffee shop attached with hotel
(Got tokens for free coffee 😊)
WiFi didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and parking was a mess. Not my speed of things

The Clyde is centrally located downtown Portland with easy access to public transit and local byways. Vintage industrial vibes in rooms and overall. Coffee shop located next door and variety of restaurants all within walking distance. Be prepared no onsite parking, but front desk can provide several recommendations.

The Clyde hotel by Kasa was an incredible place to stay! Super cute and clean room, clear communication and recommendations and awesome location downtown with easy walking to lots of food, shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. Will definitely being staying here again our next visit to Portland!

I had a great stay at The Clyde! It’s a cool boutique type of hotel which is comfy and cozy. The staff are all friendly and happy to help!
The area has a ton of things to walk to, plus there is public transit all over.
I enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back!

It’s a pretty centrally located place. Everything was clean except for my bedsheets having a musty smell. Folks who worked there were super nice. A lot of homeless folks outside tweaking, and the walls are somewhat thin. Otherwise, not too bad

Nice big room, extremely comfortable and clean. Good heat/ AC. The bed was great on my sore back. I loved it, i wish I could have stayed longer. The neighborhood is a cool Portland area, bars, restaurants, music venues

I enjoyed my stay here at the Clyde quite a bit! This boutique hotel makes me feel like I’m back in Miami. It’s cool and cozy and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.
There is also a coffee shop attached and many (many) shops and food options around.
I am having a great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you

Check in unnecessarily complicated in my opinion (forms have to be filled out on the hotel website before check in). The hotel is simple, very clean and has everything you need! Staff is extremely friendly

Excellent room. Exactly what I needed. Very comfortable bed, and great location! Easy to get everywhere on foot. The coffee shop downstairs was fantastic! One of the best lattes I’ve had! Plus a really yummy vegan breakfast sandwich.

Very responsive the only problem for me is the parking but they will tell you where to park its just 2 to 3 blocks and a lot of restaurants
