(Translated by Google) This isn't the type of hotel for me.
It's smaller than it looks in the photos. The rooms are too small and have no storage space. The nightstands don't even have drawers. The bathroom doesn't have enough space to store things (as a woman, I carry several bags with my makeup and creams). The closet is just a tube on the wall. I felt like it wouldn't fit everything, including my suitcase (and there were two of us). There's no safe/safety deposit box to store your valuables.
The decor is nice; it's a nice hotel, but I didn't find it comfortable.
It's not that easy to locate because the hotel's name isn't indicated on the facade.
You can hear a lot of noise, from people inside (doors slamming, footsteps, the shower running, etc.), and also the noise from outside on the street. In the room, they provide earplugs, an eye mask, and a white noise machine, which, to me, was a sign that this was going to be a noisy hotel.
There's no daily housekeeping, which I think is terrible. Especially since I found out about it once I was at the hotel. Given the price, I expected the room to be cleaned.
You're downtown, but as a tourist, I don't know it's an area with a lot of homeless people, and some of them are aggressive.
This hotel doesn't have staff as such; everything is done by email, they send you a code to open the door, and everything. But if you have a problem or request, it's very tedious not to have someone at the front desk to consult with you.
There's no parking, and it's difficult to find a spot on the street. Added to this, it becomes dangerous at night with the homeless people roaming the area.
In short, if you're traveling alone with a small suitcase and don't want to socialize with people, and you're a heavy sleeper, stay here.
But for me, it's not a great hotel considering it's not super cheap. Centrally located, but unsafe. Nice hotel, but noisy and very small. There's no staff, and there's no parking.
Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again.

Honestamente no volveria a quedarme aquí.
