We had to check out a night early due to multiple issues. The surrounding area felt unsafe—lots of late-night noise, loitering, and poor lighting. The unit itself was not as advertised: much smaller, with paper-thin walls, loud plumbing, and an air conditioner that ran noisily nonstop. Being street-facing, we heard everything from motorcycles to garbage trucks to people entering the building late at night. It was nearly impossible to sleep. The bathroom door didn’t close properly, there was a strange odor, and the air circulation was poor. I brought my dog and the environment was extremely uncomfortable for her as well. The lack of safety, misrepresentation of the space, and inability to get restful sleep made our stay unbearable. We checked out before the scheduled time and requested a refund for the unused night. Disappointed, especially given the price point and what was promised. Would not stay here again or recommend.
