Not very great. We’ve stare at many Airbnbs and are standards aren’t too high, but between location, communication, and integrity.. we will not be staying at Kasa again. First was just inconvenient, no parking near the Airbnb and when I asked where they recommended parking they were no help. What really disappointed us was that once we finally made it, the room looked nothing like the listing photos, so small, and not like how the photos showed space wise. No couch or living area like expected. Tried to reach out, and Kasa didn’t respond to me or Airbnb. Airbnb gave us a partial refund on behalf of Kasa’s poor communication. Super uncomfortable, noisy, just not worth the $.
