Likes: The apartment itself was very clean. Within walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants. There’s also a great cycling studio down the street for those needing to get in a quick workout.
Dislikes: The apartment is right next to multiple bars which got really loud at closing time. I was woken up every night from the sound of engines and talking.

The first and foremost to mention is the location Being DIRECTLY behind and across from 2 bars among others a few buildings down. The bar DIRECTLY behind the building plays music OUTSIDE until 2am on the Friday night I was there.
The unit I stayed in was on the exterior side facing the bar and the window latch was broken so it was even louder and we basically could have had a dance party inside the condo.
Bed was pretty comfortable so if you do not plan to go to bed until after 2am it’s a great location in east nashville.
All other classic bate necessities of an airbnb but a little suggestion. If you’re going to go provide all cookware maybe just the bare necessities of salt and pepper as well? Im not asking for a rack of spices but if someone is going to cook while out of town being able to at least salt your food you cook would be nice to not have to buy.
