The main positive is that it's in a great central location. However this also comes with noisy passersby and the street car running right under your window, with very little noise insulation to keep it out.
Water was slowly dripping from the bathroom ceiling when I arrived, with a small pool of water already formed on the floor. On my first night I reported it to the front desk, and she told me a ticket would be put in for it to be checked out the next day. As it was a slow enough drip, I simply put the trash can and a towel beneath it and left it be. After a day out, I returned the following night and asked the desk if someone had come by, and she assured me someone had. Yet when I entered my room, the ceiling was still dripping, the trash can and towel were still in place, and there was no sign anyone had come by.
Otherwise, the place just felt a bit run down. The TV screen had multiple cracks as if someone hit it with something. There was mold in the shower, and calcium built up in the shower head. The windows were dirty and thin. The toilet looked old and flushed slowly. The doors had fancy locks, but had such large gaps between door and frame that you can see light from the hallway, and hear every noise as well. And, as I said, the fact a puddle had formed on the bathroom floor after the cleaners had allegedly just finished for my arrival really raises doubts about their cleaning process.
