The employees were wonderful, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Bianca went above and beyond, as well as another front desk employee who helped my Mom store her luggage with the front desk before her flight. Thank you for making us feel welcome and supported! We had an amazing first time in New Orleans, and the location, friendly staff, clean towels, and water were much appreciated. I would recommend this Kasa Hotel to others.

Room was totally fine. The main issue was the hotel had no hot water for my entire 4 night stay. They did not communicate this issue prior to my reservation or even after I reserved the room. I was notified after speaking to the front desk after my first night. They told me that they were aware of the problem for some time and that it was scheduled to be fixed after my departure date. As well, the elevators stopped working for 3 hours on my departure date and I was on the sixth floor with luggage. I asked for assistance with my luggage and was told I would not receive any. I would not recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay here- the spot itself was cozy, and walking distance from Bourbon Street and local gems. They also have a fantastic system where you can text a number that is available 24/7 for anything you might need (extra towels, late checkout etc.) Also, when I arrived the staff were great- they helped me check in (even though I was very early!) and gave me fantastic recommendations. Thanks to the team! Highly recommend!

It was okay but unlikely to go back. Likes: Nice style and historic furnishings. Staff were very helpful. Dislikes: I prefer a few more amenities. Poor room lighting. Torn sheer curtains. An extra blanket would have been useful due to the cold weather because the air conditioning was set to cool not heat.

What an awesome place. Location was prime! Close to street car, close to Bourbon Street. Amazing staff. They helped guide us to fantastic places to shop, eat, and visit. Also, how to manuever around with the street car. The only downsides were that the rooms were a little dated and I wish the windows were thicker. But for the service, location and price, you can't beat it. I would stay here over and over.

The hotelroom is in very bad shape. Just worn out and stuff dont work! Generally vert dirty and all lamps, handles etc are falling off or arr rusted. Noise level in the room is horrible as it was next to the building ac unit.

Likes: Beautiful building with very nice rooms. The staff were lovely too! Additionally, it was fantastic value for money, right in the place we most wanted to be. Dislikes: Walls are VERY thin, and can hear whole conversations in other rooms from the corridor.

The room was clean and comfortable. Bianca was incredibly helpful during our stay. The only downside was the water temperature ran a little cold and if you want daily turndown service you likely have to request it.

This was a nice boutique hotel but had some issues that I brought to the attention of the staff our first night . We stayed 3 nights and nothing was done . Leaking taps, water not very hot , outlet where the kettle plugs in was not attached to the wall and could have been a fire hazard. Rooms were not made up at all and when asked about refills on coffee , was told there wasn’t any .

Room was pretty nice, seemed clean and neat. Furniture well used but OK. However, the bathroom really was in poor shape - filthy tile grout on the floor, black mold on grout in the tub/shower, and to top it off, only barely warm water in sink/shower. Really needed some deep cleaning (and hot water).

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had in New Orleans. It is a perfect spot, especially if you are lucky enough to get a balcony option room you can Watch the streetcar go up Charles Street. It just couldn’t get more romantic. Oh wait, it can, because you can get amazing dinner at the steakhouse below and easily walk to the quarter ( 20-30 min) Can’t wait to come back!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Staff were amazing. My only issue our vehicle was wrecked by the valet, no one contacted us. We were told when we arrived. No one has contacted us or even started a claim. No one has responded back to our calls or emails. It’s been over a week. It was very disappointing.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bedding. We can sleep through anything but there is some street noise if that would be bothersome for you. Prepaid and parked our car at a lot a block down the street that was convenient.
