So I booked this hotel months ago. They canceled my rooms and took my money. So I had to rebook the hotel. They told me I would be getting refunded. They did not. They canceled our rooms again and we didn't find out till were in New orleans from St. Louis. So then we had to rebook rooms and pay again. This hotel has now gotten $2000 dollars out of me. They also have no manager on duty. You have to email them. So you don't have a actual person to talk to. This hotel is run by a bunch of scam artist that take your money. I wouldn't stay here ever again. There are so many other and better hotels in new orleans to stay at. Don't get scammed like I did.
