Understaffed but still a comfortable, safe, well-located place to stay
Likes: Very short staffed, no lobby except a front desk (nowhere to sit), "business center" was a desk in a loud open area that had a computer and printer. Everyone at the front desk was WONDERFUL. They made our stay so easy. Great people. Usually hotel front desk staff are indifferent or rude; it was lovely having people so welcoming and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Dislikes: I wish there had been a true private business room and/or a lobby to work out of. Also, there was no housekeeping for almost the entirety of our stay. The front desk staff helped us by bringing fresh towels and sheets when we needed them, but I changed out our sheets myself. Hotel is in a noisy location, but that's probably most of New Orleans.
