We stayed here for a night while passing through town on a family road trip with two young children. While the hotel itself it incredibly nice and well-located, we ran into a number of issues that were extremely concerning, with little to no meaningful resolution from management.
Upon check-in, we arrived to our room door being wide open and our room fully accessible to other guests. It is unclear how long this was the case, but it was extremely unsettling.
Through the duration of our stay, there was an event sign posted on the front door, with a code to access the building. This code was fully functional for the duration of our stay and remained posted on the front door long after the event. This gave outside guests full access to the hotel, regardless of whether or not they had a reservation. Given we arrived to the open door as well, it also means that outside guests could have used our room prior to our arrival.
Lastly - we had continuous issues around noise. There is little to no sound-proofing between rooms. You will hear any and all conversations happening beside or above you. We listened to the entirety of a movie that was being played in the room next to us, and Management did offer to send a courtesy notice to that room to keep noise to a minimum, however noise issues were persistent through our stay.
While Management was quick to acknowledge and apologize for the issues, any promises of following up, or resolutions fell short and were ultimately ignored.
Overall - it's a beautiful property, but given the number of issues we faced, we would not stay here again.
