Getting in the building was a challenge due to guest elevator being closed. Parking spaces are very tight. Door handle to condo came off in my hand (was fixed next day). No washcloths, hand towels, or kitchen towels.

Great stay! Would recommend.

Likes: Casiment tout , l'hôtel , les échanges avant , l'accueil , l'appartement , mai surtout la zone extérieure au 8 ème étage là où il y avait la piscine : c'était exceptionnel !! Cerise sur le gâteau : c'est proche de presque tout Dislikes: La seule chose à déplorer , un manque de réactivité de la part de la conciergerie 😕... Nous sommes restés 5 jours , avons déclaré une anomalie le jour de notre arrivée , et avons reçu une réponse la veille de notre départ 😳 Enfin c'est quand-même étonnant 🤔

Doors barely open, the sofas are stained, etc. The main problem is that if something goes wrong or if you need service, there is no one to talk to. At the lobby there is only a security guard who is responsible for the residents of the building, not for the renters. You have to send an email and wait endlessly for a reply. We received a broken bed. I wrote an email explaining that I had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. Only on the third day did they send someone with a replacement mattress, but the issue was with the bed frame, not the mattress. They looked at it and left, never to return. On the second day we discovered that the pool was under renovation and could not be used. When we made the booking they were obligated to inform us about this, but of course they didn’t. Instead, they just wrote that they were “sorry” and even offered us $100 to go to an outside pool in the city. Needless to say, we never received anything—just empty promises. I do not recommend renting from them. The company is unreliable, and there is absolutely no one to communicate with. My advice: stay away.

Loved this apartment ! was perfect for 3 couples , each of us having a big bed and private sleeping area. Apartment was located perfect within driving distance of all our activities. Would definitely be staying here anytime i’m in Miami !

The property came as advertised. Rooms, kitchen and living room areas were clean and cosy Likes: The location was great. It was central to all of our activities and shopping areas. Top, stylisches Appartement in super Lage. Likes: Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Ausstattung, einen super Kühlschrank, TV in jedem Zimmer, einen Balkon und Klimaanlage. Parken direkt auf der Etage, da ein innenliegendes Parkhaus im Gebäude ist, Auto steht sicher da! Mit dem Auto über große Straßen aus allen Richtungen gut und einfach zu erreichen. Absolutes Miami Feeling im Appartement mit Pool im 8. Stock, Blick auf die Stadt, aber wohnen in ruhiger, sicherer Lage, in eingezäuntem Quartier.

This was a great place to stay from the amenities down to the home. The pool pictures don’t do it enough justice because the pool was actually breathtaking. The house was really nice as well as it being clean, my friend and I would definitely book it for future trips to Miami. I would say though, it is very far from Miami but the Uber prices weren’t bad at all.

Decent but process to access and park is a pain Likes: Good location and spacious apartment Dislikes: The parking arrangements are terrible and complicated. Front desk staff was hard to find to arrange parking pass and get Information. Had to wait over 20 mins for parking pass

Likes: The location was perfect for my family and I as we only had two nights there as we traveled from the Cayman Islands to shop for school items and see some family with the limited time we where there.

Very uncomfortable Likes: Location Dislikes: The bed, shower sucked and the room lacked darkness.

Likes: Clean, comfortable appartment , fully equipped. Dislikes: 1. Virtual reception- in case of issues with door opening nobody to support. (Our door key pad did’t work, not possible to call for assistance). 2. Pool was closed (no idea about reason) 3. No pub, bar in walking distance to have a drink with friends.

Likes: Location, facilities and space. Very comfortable giving us ample space and privacy as a family of 6. Dislikes: Not having the possibility to contact office /virtual frontdesk through wattsapp. This would be handy for international travelers with no local sim.

Zwembad gesloten , we hebben dit geboekt om de vakantie af te ronden en lekker te genieten en te zwemmen. Helaas zwembad dicht , de andere toren mogen alleen bewoners gebruiken. BbQ mogen we ook niet gebruiken alleen in combinatie met bewoners. Ook de informatie over wel of niet en wanneer open is tegenstrijdig, evenals de reden waarom het dicht is. Zwembad is niet af , foto’s zien er mooier uit op hotels.com dat ze werkelijk zijn. Als we dit eerder hadden geweten hadden we het hotel omgeboekt.

Would not go back or recommend. No amenities available for guest and pool was closed. Likes: Location was good. Close to a lot of stores. Dislikes: Pool was closed during our 9 day stay and we were not notified before arriving. We traveled with kids who were stuck doing nothing for those days as we anticipated using the pool. The pictures are deceiving as most areas are for residents and cannot be accessed by guest. There was no amenities to use during our stay. Place only offered a 100 refund and nothing else, although we paid a pricey amount for the 9 days. They only offered city pools where you had to pay more as a non-residents to use. We never heard back about a request to upgrade our room after realizing there was no pool to use.

Amazing stay and team extremely helpful. Likes: The location was good and convenient to our travel needs. The open space was nice. Dislikes: We were 3 people. The pull out couch was too much to deal with so we cramped in one bed. The couch was too soft for my taste, but this is a personal comment. Not having a designated parking spot, resulted in having to park 2-3 levels up as no spots were available.

We showed up expecting some kind of luxury stay based on the photos and price—what a joke. Only one out of seven elevators is actually for guests. The rest are locked tight for residents, and if you try to use them, you’re risking getting trapped. How is it that you don’t even advertise this? We don’t get access keys either because apparently, residents own the place. Then, there’s the roach infestation. Absolutely disgusting. This place fails on every single level and isn’t worth a fraction of what they charge. To top it off, the third floor around rooms 20-25 reeked of dog urine. That smell was unbearable. The pool was okay, but it was closed multiple times for maintenance with zero notice. How hard is it to tell guests something? Parking? You pay for it, but you can’t park anywhere you want. Only levels 3 and up, and good luck if you’re not near the “guest elevator.” Imagine dragging bags from room 30 to 16 because you can’t use the closer elevators. Pathetic. On top of all this nonsense, they force you to send packages somewhere else and then charge you a fee just to store them. That’s completely unreasonable and feels like a scam. We reported a broken TV and a dryer that made obnoxious noise. Instead of fixing anything, they tried charging us for the TV damage. No one even bothered to check the dryer. This place is a nightmare to navigate, with amenities that are either off-limits or a huge hassle. The service and accommodations are absolute trash. If you want to enjoy Miami, DO NOT BOOK HERE. You’ll regret it.
