Don’t bother staying here unless you want to deal with rude concierge staff like Alex at The Tucker/Palmer at Dadeland. From the start,Alex made sure to make my family and I feel completely unwelcomed. When we arrived to check in which the instructions claimed would be “virtual” we were forced to go inside and speak to the concierge, like it was a hotel. When we approached Alex, he acted confused and unhelpful, even though it was clearly his job to assist guests. We asked what to do about the parking permits being unavailable (even though their instructions say a permit is required or you’re subject to towing, even if you’ve paid the parking fee). His only response was to “call Tucker”which made no sense since he works there and it was already midnight. We had our 5-year-old child with us and were exhausted, yet Alex had no empathy and offered no support or solutions.Between the misleading check-in process, lack of permits, rude concierge staff, and multiple unnecessary steps just to access it
