We came here expecting a great experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. On the first night, we found out that only one of the seven elevators was available for hotel guests—the rest are for permanent residents. If you try to use the elevators labeled with an "R," you risk getting stuck unless a resident with a key fob lets you in. Stick to the one designated for guest use.
The beds were a bit firm, and we saw a couple of spiders in the room, but nothing too serious. The pool was very nice, though getting to it was a challenge. You often need to find a “secret” elevator just to access it. The rooftop area, which is advertised as an amenity, was completely inaccessible during our stay.
Parking was another headache. When you arrive, you have to take a ticket at the entrance, then get another one from the concierge to place on your dashboard. The check-in and parking process was confusing and time-consuming.
Overall, this place is hard to navigate, and many of the amenities either aren’t accessible or require too much effort to use. While some parts of our stay were okay, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hopefully, others have a better experience, but ours was disappointing.
