Reviews of Tucker at Palmer Dadeland MiamiReviews of Tucker at Palmer Dadeland Miami

The stay was relaxing and comfortable my husband said he could have stayed for another week. We will be back soon I love Likes: I love everything about it. The beauty and cleanliness. Dislikes: No acess to the elevator when meeting guest.

Great stay!

It was a great place to stay overall. We loved the place, very responsive staff and helpful. The place was clean, and we were very comfortable. The area is very nice and peaceful and everyone was very responsive!

Great apartment!

Love everything about this stay ! will book again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and clean. Pictures online look the same in person. Definitely will book again and recommend to others! Tucker was also a great host and very responsive.

Great location! The apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

My experience with Kasa was great. Really love the accessibility the fact that everything is clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Concierge is very communicative. That’s always appreciated.

Nice place. Stains on sofa and sofa bed. Can’t smoke nor cape on balcony.

The host was very responsive, communicated well and provided clear instructions. Only downside was the floors not being cleaned and my check in time was pushed back an hour.

Dislikes: que estaba muy completo y personal amable

Felt right at home, loved The location not to far from stuff

Цена-качество отличные. Современная постройка. Чисто. Likes: Большой и просторный номер! Dislikes: Слабый напор воды, но это проблема большинства отелей и домов для отдыха в США

Place was clean and comfortable but did expect more based off of pictures. The unit I stayed in did not match pictures and was more basic.

My Stay Was Perfect. Our Host Communicated Very Well & I Would Definitely Book Again!!

I can’t believe this place is even listed on Airbnb. I came to Miami for surgery, expecting to recover peacefully at the Airbnb—but instead, it was a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the musty, dirty smell, and within hours, I saw cockroaches crawling on the walls, the counters, and even in the bed. Absolutely horrifying. The host’s response was a joke: they offered us a can of DIY bug spray and told us to handle it ourselves. Seriously? Or moving to a different apartment more than 24 hours past when reported. I was here to recover after a major medical procedure, and they thought I should be spraying poison around myself while trying to rest? Completely unacceptable. We left early because it was that bad. The place is disgusting, dirty, and a health hazard—especially for someone in a vulnerable state. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Avoid this place at all costs. Airbnb should really reconsider allowing a listing like this on their platform.

Extremely disappointed with service and highly misleading advertised amenities. Booked a two night stay for the weekend. Most of the amenities (gym, rooftop lounge, 5/6 elevators, etc.) require a key fob to access. BUT THEY DON'T ISSUE YOU A KEY FOB!!! So your only option is to use the ONE elevator that they give you a 5-digit code to utilize, go down to the lobby, and bug the concierge personnel for help so that they can use their fob to beep you in. Oh, and that's assuming that they are actually there at the lobby. I booked a room with a balcony, but my room didn't have one. They had me send a picture of my unit to them to prove that my unit didn't have a balcony because they insisted that I was wrong. I know whether or not my unit has a balcony by looking out the window... 24/7 concierge service? NOPE. I asked for something as simple as more towels and got "we don't usually provide this during your stay, but we will reach out to housekeeping and see what we can do." as a reply. Never got any clean towels. Parking is an absolute mess, good luck not getting your car hit or finding a spot if you're bringing a car. Rooftop lounge? NOPE. It's literally just an outdoor area with some balcony furniture. Want to use the pool? It's overcrowded at all hours that it's open. Essentially everything that they advertise is either misleading or just plan false. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Amazing stay! I used the space for content loved the full kitchen and soaps and things already being presented in the room. Definitely coming back

I stayed at a very convenient location in a complete apartment including kitchen, living room, full bath, balcony. The location is in the middle of town, so it will not win awards for the view, but having a complete apartment makes it so much easier to stay for work or pleasure. The only drawback was the complicated use of the elevators, but you can park on the same floor as your apartment. I'll be sure to look for Kasa stays from now on.

Our stay was a Great experience. Definitely would book again

Nice, clean, and spacious. Have to bring wash cloths with you.

Felt right at home

Great stay.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Also loved the pool and outdoor space

Beautiful place will stay again please ensure the rooms are thoroughly clean Likes: Not applicable no breakfast included Dislikes: The space was clean but under the beds weren’t so if you don’t look you won’t know we cleaned the rooms under the beds weren’t cleaned so because they were really dusty that’s why we were sneezing. And the Alarm went off had one night of no rest. But I would choose this place again I loved it besides the 2 minus points

Extremely secure and organized system. I love the rooms, very nice and spacious. Worth the money!

Unprofessional and unaccommodating, poor experience was instructed by a member of front desk that it was okay to park on the 3rd floor and resulted in my vehicle being towed, the company did nothing to investigate or rectify this miscommunication.

Great place to stay for longer trips! Seems like they really took past reviewers’ complaints seriously and made improvements because my check in process was smooth and the pictures they provided were super helpful. Their 24/7 text concierge is also responsive and quick. The pool and lounge areas were very nice as well.

Heerlijk ruim appartement met grote koelkast. Ideaal voor een gezin. Likes: Ruim appartement, schoon, grote koelkast.

The room was not fully clean and the floors were dirty Likes: Facilities Dislikes: Too many codes. Especially when it’s your first day there. Elevator needs a fob

The apartment was clean and had all the listed amenities. The parking was easy, and the hallways were quiet. Everything worked well during our stay. We did encounter one cockroach in the kitchen.

Lovely condo The condo was clean and comfortable. George in the concierge office was professional and extremely helpful. Great place to stay when avoiding the Miami Beach crowds

Clean accessible apartment in Miami Large with large windows and large tvs. Great kitchen and very nice building. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste but the whole apartment was perfectly furnished and delivered in pristine condition. Very nice bathrooms and the walk in closet in the main bedroom was a plus Congratulations to Tucker.

Excellent experience The room was clean and had everything I needed. The amenities like the pool and gym were great. Good area. Using the barbecue was a challenge as a community but they make it work. Enjoyed the service when needed. I would recommend this apartment.
