A really great stay but the bed needs to be fixed Likes: Gym and pool were amazing. Very quiet room. Dislikes: The room was okay but the bed was a disaster. We are not heavy people but the slats of the mattress came apart after a few days. We were able to pull the mattress up and fix but the legs would not stay straight as a result of the thick sisal carpet. This is an easy and important fix for the hotel.

It was really beautiful. Great staff, it was only a pity we didn’t get to see the pool because it was raining the whole Likes: Very Stylish and elegant. Close to a Mall and easy access to the freeway to the airport. Dislikes: Nothing much but access codes. Too many access codes to remember and the door would’ve been easy if it was just the card.

Could have been fabulous Likes: Good location, good parking and fabulous pool Dislikes: Unfortunately had issues with laundry from previous guest being left behind, lots of hairs that weren’t cleaned up, area rugs that need to be either removed or flattened as they are turning up at edges and corners creating a trip hazard. No hairdryer in the unit, and barely any cutlery (two spoons and two teaspoons for a 4 person unit).

Likes: Layout of the apartment, equipment. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the view was on the parking lot, if it was in the description, I would not have visited this apartment. Very noisy air conditioning, it had to be turned on at night, it was impossible to sleep. Sometimes a cockroach ran through.

We had a pleasant stay and will like to come back again on our next vacation. Likes: The location is great with many big stores and Dadeland Mall at walking distance. Dislikes: My only recommendation is for the bathroom, for some minor stains that can easily be removed with any bathroom cleaner against mold. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again here especially if you have children. Rooms are great! Likes: The Area is really amazing, plus super Safe! Room was excellent. Loved the Kitchen and spacious bathrooms. The free parking option in the garage was a plus point! The Check in went so smooth (if you follow all the instructions). Was kinda exciting with the check in instructions ;-) Dislikes: - First Day: one person at the Lobby(didn’t catch his name) didn’t know anything! Couldn’t help with the wifi (Didn’t even try) and also regarding the housekeeping. He bluntly said :”I cannot help you and I do not know… It made me so angry! But the night shift (a young person, forgot his name) he made sure we got the WiFi and appointment for housekeeping ( he did everything he could).. Great Guy.. If you stay at the property you have to pre-book the housekeeping, wish they mentioned it before check in so that I could plan it before hand..
