AMAZING! DEFINITELY COMING BACK Likes: Love the cleanliness!

Very pleased with the staff & property itself, however definite room for improvement on cleanliness! Likes: The location was excellent, the concierge staff was excellent, the amenities at the property were above and beyond! We also felt very safe and secure on the property and in the unit. Dislikes: The place was not very clean. The bathtub had clearly not been scrubbed thoroughly before our arrival. Glasses in the cabinet were very cloudy and smudgy, there was visible dust under the beds, and there was a sticky film on the floors.

Amazing apartment , wowing amenities smooth check in and check out! Loved everything about the stay kitchen fully equipp Likes: Everything Dislikes: No complaints

Nice and comfy. Likes: The apartment is adequately equipped and spacious. The kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare meals. Dislikes: The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. Cleaners and a vacuum cleaner are missing. Some of the pillows were dirty (under the cover). The bedding (in general) was not the cleanest. Floors need vigorous scrubbing.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended. Likes: We loved the apartment, and it was well equipped, making our stay a breeze. It was also very clean and we liked the location. Dislikes: Everything was good.

Awesome! Likes: It would have been great to have a store/cafe onsite.. Dislikes: The living room furniture could have been a bit more comfortable.

Hieno kokonaisuus huonesiivousta lukuunottamatta. Likes: Upea huoneisto juuri meidän tarpeisiin. Ilmainen parkkihalli ja hieno allasalue. Yleiset tilat todella siistit ja mukavat. Avulias henkilökunta. Hyvä ostoskeskus aivan vieressä. Kiva alue, rauhallinen sijainti.

Likes: Bien

Wonderful stay, we are eager to recommend the building. We’ll be back with friends. Likes: The property was really nice and modern. You do your self check in and can be done anytime after the check in time, since there is always a concierge staff ready to assist. The concierges were really attentive and ready to help. We loved the apartment and a second full washroom was a pleasant surprise, as we were travelling with 2 teenagers. The apartment had everything we really needed. And the amenities were awesome too, beautiful pool, pool table area and gym. Location was awesome and walking distance to Dadeland mall. Dislikes: It took a bit to understand the layout and how the different elevator banks connected to the different building areas, but the concierge staff was really helpful to us, to figure all out.

We had an amazing stay the room was very clean we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the facility. We enjoyed our time bo Likes: The property was very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the property had a lot of amenities. Dislikes: Nothing

Great apartment and value for money Likes: Apartment was as described. Spacious, good equipped. Not much to criticize. Check in was easy. Host sent detailed instructions with pictures and videos upfront. Everything worked well. We had a great time at the Palmer. Dislikes: Our apartment was on a low floor near the outlet of the garage, therefore we had some noisy moments.

Puhkuse ajal pole see meeldiv.

Dislikes: It was very dirty. There was an old bandaid on the bedroom floor and the sheets were really gross. The carpet in the floor was also disgusting. It would have been great if it were cleaner but it was so dirty!

C’était super bien Likes: Tout Dislikes: Rien

Excellent place to stay Likes: The pool area was really good with the excellent view. Water was heated. Location is good, close to the mall and the grocery stores. Dislikes: None

Very good and its value for money Likes: All worked well...nice appartment Dislikes: Nothing big deal

Nice size apartment for two people, gym availability, free coffee Likes: Very clear instructions to get the key, access parking and the apartment Dislikes: None of the pots had lids, some pots were not clean, sinks in bathroom were clogged, Pillow on sofa bed had ‘blood’ stain.

very good Likes: The location and unit size was very good for us. The gym and amenities are ok. We have the chance to use them. And it is excellent that it has an indoor parking. Dislikes: When I rented the property at booking it said there were 3 bedrooms, and the third bedroom was a den with no bathroom. The person sleeping at the den have no privacy. Also I suggest to have more cleaning supplies, to clean the bathrooms and something to mop the floor. Dishware was only for four persons and we were 5. Also I recommend to have better pans.

TOP LOCATION, AMAZING AMENITIES FREE PARKING HEATED OUTDOOR POOL Likes: Localização fantástica em South Miami Amenities - top piscina ( enorme) aquecida) espaços comuns limpos e com espaço para todos oferta do café até as 12h00, todos os dias mesa de snooker para entretenimento free parking super safe WILL BE BACK :)

Likes: Everything was perfect!! Amazing place and facilities! Dislikes: It would be nice to have a set of pool towels.

Hyvät puitteet mukavalle perhelomalle. Likes: Kiva, tilava asunto. Allasalue kiva. Dislikes: Asunnon siisteydessä olisi ollut parantamisen varaa.
