The only problem we had was related to elevator cards and parking pass they were not provided as described, despite that no major priblems, great place to stay at.

Kasa was great and felt like a really good value allowing my friend to visit and stay with me in a two bedroom apartment. It had nice amenities and was right in downtown Austin.

We loved our stay. We did have to Uber more than I thought for fun. But the unit was a great location.

Amazing views of the city with a balcony. A good place to stay if you want to experience the city as a prospect resident. Very walkable to the lake and 4th and 6th street.

The view was much nicer than expected. I really liked the high ceilings - it made the space feel a lot bigger. It was awesome to have a full kitchen, even though I didn't use it this time. The pool area was very nice as well. The room was clean but looked a bit tired in some areas. And while the parking instructions were incredibly detailed and were the only reason I was able to navigate it, it would still be nice to have an easier and more simple way to get in and out of the property.

The location and surrounding area of this Airbnb were exactly as pictured — peaceful, scenic, and overall very pleasant. When we arrived, one of the access keys was already missing, and we reported this issue to the host/support team right away. Instead of resolving it, they kept contradicting themselves throughout our stay — sometimes saying they were aware, other times denying we had reported it. Then, after we had already checked out, they threatened to charge us $250 for the missing key — the same one we had flagged as missing on day one. To make matters worse, there were visible blood stains on the towels and bed sheets, which was disturbing and clearly unacceptable. Overall, the poor communication, lack of cleanliness, and attempt to blame guests for pre-existing issues really overshadowed what could have been a great stay. Until the host improves both the hygiene standards and guest support, I wouldn’t recommend this property

Staying at Kasa felt like a true vacation! So clean, so comfy. And the coffee was a plus!

Great space, great amenities, great pool. Amazing location in a central part of downtown Austin, which makes the hotel close to everything. The over the top no human interactions is not a thing I enjoyed though. Virtual check-in is annoying for no reason but the check-out is easy. Placing random noise trackers in the unit to send you text messages while playing music while no one is even complaining or being disturbed is over the top annoying. In addition not disclosing that noise trackers would be placed and that one would have to scan their face prior to checking in is not something I like and should really be fully disclosed prior to one paying a non-refundable payment.

The worst travel experience I've ever had. The hotel itself was good but check-in, parking and customer service are horrific. We were supposed to get a check-in email from Kasa 24h prior to the stay that never came. No customer service to correct this so my family and I were stuck in the parking garage for hours trying check in. They said our car was registered to park but we couldn't get out of the garage multiple times without paying. We were told it was correctly, went to leave for a wedding, still couldn't get out and ended up missing the wedding ceremony we were headed to. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and book somewhere else.

Great, spacious, clean apartment in a convenient downtown location. Walking distance of areas such as SoCo, 6th Street, and public bus stops within a couple of blocks to further out areas and direct to airport. Easy self check-in. We had a river view king room on 14th floor (kasa floors in this building are 14,15 & 16). It was huge, with a full kitchen, large living area, bathroom with small bath and a shower over, and a good size bedroom with massive walk-in wardrobe. The views were stunning. Had plenty of everything we needed for our 4 nights stay (except a tea towel, probably just an oversight). If staying longer, we would have needed to purchase more coffee, but this is more of an apartment rental than a serviced hotel and that suits us. Check-in for us was really simple. Just be sure to read and follow the instructions. First entry is through the rear doors in the garage area, and then up to your apartment were you have a door code for access to your unit. We found it really straightforward. You will only be sent your codes for access 30 mins before check-in, so if you try and access sooner you'll have issues. We arrived in Austin about 70 mins before so used the virtual front desk to buy earlier check-in. Only gripe was that the pool area was out of use for 5 days. We arrived on day 2 of the building work, and Kasa emailed an hour or so before we checked in to advise us. If they'd emailed in advance, before the work started, it would have saved some packing!

We had such a great experience staying at this hotel. Our unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We did take extra rolls or toilet paper because of previous reviews we had read. The location was perfect for us and if you do forget little things, it’s down the road from a Trader Joe’s; so you can pick up whatever you need. The overnight parking with in and out privileges was only $30/night. We will definitely be staying here again!

I was surprised that my Kasa stay worked so well. The phone number was almost always answered by a person who was well trained and had all the information on our contact and common to date. They are also great with text communication. Special note: The instructions need to be read thoroughly before you arrive otherwise things will get very confusing very fast. If you speak to the front desk at the 2nd street austin location for parking instructions before you park the front desk gives very different instructions to park that will be very expensive. Read and follow Kasa instructions on parking and register your car in advance. The electric car chargers are operated through an App called Loop. You have to register with the App or it won’t work. Once you register the charger worked . It’s a slow charge so my empty battery took 8 hours to fill to 75% overnight and cost $15. I want to especially thank their team and their cleaning team for their thorough ness and integrity and honesty. I left a valuable piece of jewelry on the desk in my bedroom and I called immediately when I realized it. They found it and helped me get it back within a few days . I am so grateful to their customer service team especially Marizon for helping me. You should know that the door to the unit does not automatically lock after you enter and depart so make sure you check your door when leaving it does not lock like a normal hotel. When you are in the unit by yourself you need to lock yourself.

These are great places for turnkey, quick stays downtown- however for the price, the pool was out of service and the street was closed for construction so we listened to banging from 8am to 5pm and couldn’t get in pool to relax! Make sure both are not a problem when you stay and should be good to go. Kasa promised $100 refund I still have not received- unsure if it will be worth what I paid yet or not.

Close to everything

Likes: The location of the property is excellent. The condo is the perfect size for five guests. Very clean and a great view. Dislikes: Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance and I was informed of this an hour before entering the property. Management was good about compensation for the inconvenience. Both bathroom doors in the unit were slightly warped/expanded and were difficult to close and reopen.

Absolutely loved our stay will be back within a few weeks to enjoy another weekend.

Everything was fantastic. The steps to obtain passes and access was easy. Super close to everything, great area! Will definitely stay here again.

First stay in Austin. Great alternative. Great option for accommodations vs a typical hotel. The apartment was a unique idea, and I loved it. The location is perfect. Instructions to access building was clear. Things to make it even better, for the unit I stayed in is dark out curtains wide enough to cover the entire windows in bedroom, stools in kitchen lower height for sitting, and a few more utensils in kitchen for cooking eggs.

We enjoyed our stay in Austin. The unit was clean and just a couple of blocks from 6th street. The pool was awesome!! It's only about 4 feet deep and not very big, but on a warm Saturday afternoon it was very lively with a lot of really young good looking people enjoying themselves. There are a couple of steps to check in, but Kava was very specific with the instructions so as long as you follow them you should have no problems.

Kasa has recently lost its way. I have been staying with them regularly since the beginning of the year but my last room was dirty and had no cutlery available. This is my third day in the apartment and they have yet to provide me with cutlery. On top of that, I received a message on my first 24 hrs at Kasa informing me that the pool will be closed for the week for repairs. When paying an average of $200/night (tax included) I expect a clean floor, a full kitchen set, and the amenities I am paying for. Something or someone needs to be changed. One more thing, an ironing board is useless if its a paper thin cloth over a metal frame. Pictures attached. Do better Kasa.

Safe, clean, affordable, highly walkable!

The view was amazing! Location fantastic. Condo felt a little cold and stark but definitely was clean. Smelled a little like cigar smoke…since there is no smoking not sure why. A little warmer deco would be nice. Desk chair was missing two screws. All is all represented accurately which means a lot! Would stay again.

This is my first time ever being in the Fort Lauderdale area or this far in Florida for that matter, The sole purpose of this trip was for me to attend my masters ceremony at Nova Southeastern University And I have to say if I should have had to repeat anything I would choose this location all over again. The only thing I will suggest is that if anyone is renting from this location, If you use any delivery service (UberEats, DoorDash, Uber, etc.) It is important that you know, You need to use the address located on the front of the unit that was rented to you, Each unit has its own unique identifier that you can use on the delivery site, So it’s important to know not to use the address of the location located on Google; I wasn’t made aware of this until my very last day of my visit and by the time the final delivery driver notified me, I was a few hours away from checkout, but it would have been nice to know that sooner. So to assist forthcoming guesses, I will leave you with that tip.

Due to an error in the checkout date, we were suddenly forced onto the street with our baby; despite speaking to three Kasa representatives, we were only told late at night that we had to leave room 1504 immediately — no solution, no compassion, yet charged $145.03 for a so-called “late checkout.”

The Kasa apartment was exactly as described. Great location, modern style of living and great amenities with access to a gym and pool. The views from the building are amazing and it really makes you feel like you’re living the downtown experience. Austin is really accessible with great transport links using either uber or lime. Kasa were always on hand to answer any questions and were extremely helpful. Would recommend and would stay again.
