The BEST place to stay for shows at ACL Theatre. This is now my go-to! Loved it 👏.

We just returned from our stay with Kasa. This is our third time staying with them and each time has been better than before. The Kasa suite was nicely furnished and the ambiance and location were wonderful. When we had a question regarding check out proceedure, the staff answered quickly and were very helpful. We highly recommend Kasa for your future stays.

Stayed at Kasa on 2nd for a 50th girls trip. There were 4 of us and it was perfect size for us. The view is amazing; the beds (both king) were really comfy. The location was perfect as well. Walking distance to so much and easy Uber access. The only negative I can think of is that they didn't have ice trays or very many glasses, but not a big deal. The most impressive thing - I left a fair amount of cash in a desk drawer and panicked when I got home. I thought for sure it was gone or would be taken. The host looked into it and it had been turned in by cleaning staff!!! So, HUGE thumbs up from me. Go there; you won't regret it!!

Location is amazing! Everything you could want outside your door. Condo is nice, beds are comfortable. Coffee is provided. Two minor issues...no wine opener and when I asked for one they said none was available. Water pressure not great. Major issue is the floors in bathroom are crazy slippery when wet and there is one small bath matt. I literally slipped and fell and broke my arm. Ask for extra bath matts or towels when you stay here. I would stay again but now I know to ask for extra stuff.

Leaving this review so others don't get fooled like I did. For starters , this isn't a hotel. They advertise as a 4 star hotel. They are basically air bnb, however even Worse because the rooms are managed by a remote company , seemingly in another country. 1) since this isn't an actual hotel , just getting up to the room was a project since you need a key car to gain access to the elevator. Guess where the key cards are ..... in the room. Luckily someone who lives in the building let us into the elevator to our floor. 2) the apartment we stayed in was nice. However cheap extremely uncomfortable ikea bed ,Mattress and bedding. 3) accommodations and housekeeping are poor . They leave you with 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper (after we used it all and asked the support number for more ) we're told we have to buy our own. Yes that's right , I had to buy more toilet paper at a "4 star hotel ". 4) the shower drain is clogged. So when we would shower , we would stand in 4" of dirty water. 5) The ac unit was seemingly being controlled remotely. At night it would more or less turn off and we would be sweating in bed. In conclusion , you claim to be a 4 star hotel , charge 4 star rates and get worse hospitality then a high way motel.

Great location. We walked to great restaurants and to the bats. Check in was a bit complicated at first but after the first day it was pretty easy. Our place was quiet and had everything we needed . My husband loved it ! We are definitely going to come back !

It’s been quite awhile since my visit but I’m just realizing I never left a review I travel all over for business and stay in tons of hotels and just have to say this was one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Very friendly staff, great rooms and great atmosphere Awesome location as well and I had a great view from my room Will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Austin!

Can’t beat the location! Within walking distance of fantastic bars, restaurants and the river. Apartment was very clean and beds super comfy. You do have to park, go up to the apartment, collect key cards then go back down and re park elsewhere in the parking garage but overall it wasn’t as complicated as we thought it would be. Parking is an extra charge of $30 a night. Costly if you’re staying longer than a weekend.

Great location near Shopping/Dining Our Kasa stay in Austin was an overall good experience. Our unit had everything that we would need for our weekend stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the basics so we could cook a meal during our visit. The location is great with many dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. Our balcony was also enjoyable for morning coffee or just getting some fresh air. The building itself is a bit complicated to get into, but the Kasa company was extremely good with communication before and during our stay.

Awesome spot and beautiful area. Only stayed 1 night but it was what we needed for a date night to a nearby comedy show. Park and river were close by as well.

Great place, location and communication! Easy in and out and close to everything one needs in downtown Austin! Will stay again when we are back in town!

Upon our arrival the room was not cleaned properly: the sheets were dirty, there were no towels and the ones that were available were also dirty, the garbage from previous guests was in a garbage bin. We are waiting currently on a line for about 30 mins and nobody is answering. Can’t take a shower or relax after our trip to prepare for a busy day tomorrow. Would not recommend this place under no circumstances.

The location of this property was amazing. So many things to do very close.

amazing experience

The two bed two bath condo was spacious and clean. We had an issue which the team responded to immediately and updated us when it was repaired. I have never had better communication with a host company, 5 stars for them!

The view was amazing. The water. The famous bat bridge. The balcony was perfect. Loved it all

A gem in the middle of Austin Beautiful condo with everything you need. Centrally located, new, large, super comfortable bed, fully quipped bathroom and kitchen. For me it was a much better option/value than any nearby hotels.

Clean and convenient. Living room could add seating but otherwise it was superb

This was a great stay for us! We went to Austin as a surprise 60th birthday present for my husband! The group at Kasa went above and beyond for me. When we arrived they had a gift card and giant happy birthday balloons across the kitchen island! They were super responsive and helping me make it a little extra special! Even adding an extra night at the end of the trip was seamless! The rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and sheets and duvets were fresh and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked ( we just needed corkscrews, wine glasses and coffee cups ) but everything was perfect and walkable! We will definitely be back !

It was a nice place but it lack ammenities like room cleaning or replacing things like toilet paper. This would be harder for an older person to naivgate who arent good with smartphones.

Solid place in a good location

Wonderful stay at Kasa. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We got the river view and enjoyed watching boaters and kayakers on the river. Bed was comfortable, as was the sleeper sofa. Kitchen had everything. We didn’t cook, but used the plates and utensils to eat takeout. Can’t beat the location… so many good places to eat right around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

So worth it!! The best location, so many good restaurants around and the hosts were super responsive! The view is also incredible!!

For the price, the unit offered only the bare essentials (and even in bare essentials it was lacking). It wouldn’t be ideal for a stay longer than a weekend — there was only one fork, no washcloths, just one kitchen hand towel, and the second bathroom tub didn’t have a working plug. That said, the space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Check-in instructions were confusing, and they don’t offer any complimentary perks like early check-in or late check-out. Parking is also an extra $30/day, which adds up quickly.

This was our first time to Austin and our condo made it a great trip! the pictures were accurate, it was walkable to so much and it was easy to access with the great instructions. we needed a couple things in the condo after checking in and the response to my message was immediate and everything was taken care of first thing the next morning. thank you!!

Thank you for the wonderful stay, Kasa! Our stay was comfortable and clean and there was so much to do. Checking in and out was simple. We relaxed, ate great food, and had a ton of fun!

Fantastic location. Nice unit. The balcony is a big bonus as is the king size bed. Great pool and gym.

Avoid This Place Like the Plague – Nightmare Stay! This was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was a disaster. Our unit was missing basic essentials: no bed sheet, no extra pillows for the pull-out sofa – even though we had three people booked to stay. I flagged this at 4 PM, and they had the nerve to suggest the bedding was "hidden" somewhere in the unit. Spoiler: it wasn’t. Despite repeated follow-ups, they did absolutely nothing. When I returned at 10:30 PM, still no bedding. I had to fight for over two more hours just to get moved to a different room – and even then, I had to drag the sheets and pillows from one unit to another just to cobble together a place to sleep. Every time I reached out, I waited over 30 minutes for any kind of response – if I got one at all. This place is a complete joke. Incompetent, unresponsive, and indifferent to even the most basic guest needs. If you value your time, your comfort, and your sanity – stay far, far away.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days! The location is great- especially if you do not have a rental car. It was a very prime location to walk to a bunch of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here. The check in process seemed like it would be lengthy, but overall it is seamless when you follow the instructions sent you. The people at the concierge desk were kind and will give you a tour of the building. I liked my stay here! The pool was also a great addition to the place.
