Great place, close to everything!

Area was perfect

Only one pool towel for a 4 person stay. They were short on silverware The building was poorly constructed with many electrical issues that made for inconveniences No information of how the building was laid out- where was pool- where is workout space- some small book/brochure in the unit would have been nice

Amazing location - great stay! Likes: The location cannot be beat. In the heart of the 2nd Street district and very close to the Congress Street Bridge (for bat viewing) and great restaurants, walking and shopping. Also close to Lady Bird Lake with great opportunities for kayaking, boat rentals and tours. The apartment is beautiful and has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bedroom. pull out couch and balcony. There is a beautiful pool and work out area in the building and the building felt very safe. Dislikes: The building itself is a bit difficult to find and there was not a lot of info on where to park etc. Key cards need to be used for the elevator and to enter and exit the building and parking garage. On the subject of parking we had some difficulties getting out of the garage because the machine would not accept 3 of my credit cards (no idea why bc they worked everywhere else) The parking attendant told me the only way I could get out was if I asked a random stranger in the garage to pay the almost $50 on their credit card to let me out !?! Eventually we spoke to someone with some sense and we were allowed to leave but only after much negotiation and many many cars lined up behind us. I would say car rental is most likely not needed because Uber/Waymo is plentiful and you can walk to many places and it is almost $50 per night to park!. My only other complaint would be 2 towels for 3 ppl for 4 days. However there is a washer/dryer with detergent should you need to do laundry.

Great location

Rooms are very ultra modern. Trying to check in at 3 am with a virtual check in was a nightmare and very hard to get through. No person on site to help. Took a hour on the phone to get into the room. Make sure you do the precheck in stuff. We ordered through Expedia and the option wasn't sent to me. Person on the phone said yes that's an issue.. if you're not techie this could be very challenging...

Great place to stay downtown Austin 24 hr checkin. Perfect location. Easy to get around. Clean, modern comfortable Unit has everything u need. Well stocked. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an issue with the entry cards and parking pass not working when we checked in. We sent an email, sent a chat, and called. It took about 30 minutes to resolve. Once inside the instructions were easy to follow. The place is very nice and comfortable. The only issue we had inside the Kasa was the bathroom sink faucet was very loose so you needed to use 2 hands to turn it off, on , or change temps/pressures. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly. The shower head is starting to break due to excessive weight on it with the shower rack. However the water was very hot which was excellent. One of the window covers was broken and did not go up or down. The rest of them worked fine. It’s right in downtown which is very walkable and a great place to stay, however the outside noise was excessive. We stayed in a similar place in downtown before and didn’t have the same amount of outside noise keep us awake late night/early morning.

Stylish, convenient and great amenities Likes: We always stay at this Kasa, great location, stylish apartment and great gym. I’m a big fan of Kasas (save for the one in New York) and as someone that travels a lot, do tend to chose them. The kitchen has a coffee machine, blender, and lots of stuff to be able to cook in the apartment. Lots of towels, laundry detergent and great/easy parking. We even went to the cinema one night this time. Don’t be fooled by that lovely pool though - it NEVER heats up. However, it doesn’t put us off staying here at all, cannot recommend enough for people who like style, convenience and being able to walk everywhere. I love the Kasa in Austin and it’s a huge part of the vacation for us. It makes it even happier.

Convenient apartment instead of hotel It is a lovely apartment. It was wonderful to have a kitchen. The thing that made it most amazing was having a washer and dryer. It made it so we could travel light. I highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience. Perfect for 1 month stay with a wife. It felt like second home, truly.

I had a 1 bd corner unit that was probably a bit larger with large balcony that faced the lake. Beautiful views. Cost extra for this unit but I’m sure the other units with the smaller balconies were just as wonderful. Kitchen could be better equipped for long term stays and you like to cook.

The check in process is very complicated. Having to temporarily park, then use one code for the elevator, another for the room, then use separate lanyards for entry to the building and parking, is overly complex. Then move your car and take your luggage a long distance. At least the ridiculous lanyards should work for both elevators and your room entry. Or better yet one code for everything and ditch the lanyards. Room beds are comfortable. The rest is bare bones and the preventative maintenance is lacking. Roku TV did not work in one room. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Asked about ice and they said no ice machine and said they only provide basic items. It was a comfortable bed but I wouldn't recommend it. I've stayed a lot of places but this one required too much work.

Great walkable location and close to restaurants that were open late. Good view of the Congress Bridge evening bat flights.

Great location and comfortable apartment to stay in with beautiful views! The apartment is simple but has everything you need. Bed is comfortable, there’s a washer and dryer in unit and the building has nice amenities as well. Would book again!

Really nice apartment. Instructions for checkin seems at first long but they are clear and purely to guarantee safety. So it was perfect. Check out also easy. Then place is great and also even if there are many apartments, walls and floors are very insulated and you cannot really hear noise. Also right 5 minutes walk from the place there is a storage place in a laundry shop that is convenient and reliable.

Great Stay in Austin! We really enjoyed our stay! The location was easy to get to, and there was plenty to do within a short walk. It was close enough to the action but far enough from the noise of 6th Street, making it the perfect balance. The facility itself was very nice and felt secure. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use the pool, but it looked great. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Austin is a great city, and this rental made our trip even better!

The space was comfortable and the patio made it feel twice as big. I had a lovely view of Ladybird Lake. The bed and linens were fabulous. The kitchen was decently stocked but only had enough supplies for two people to eat at most. I cooked in both nights I was there. The check-in process was complex but the directions sent by Kasa were very clearly detailed. Very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!!

My stay at this Kasa apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was great for getting to sessions at SXSW. Everyone in the building was friendly and the concierge was especially helpful to us. The apartment was super clean and comfy. I would not hesitate to book again when in Austin.

Stayed with Kasa in Austin, TX twice now. Great experiences. Clean, simply furnished apartments in modern buildings with nice amenities. Check in and out is easy and seamless. We like having all the comforts of home and Kasa provides just that. We’ll be back!

I stayed here during SXSW and it was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything I needed and the place itself was spotless and peaceful. It was a great stay and I feel lucky I found it.

Was overall okay and clean! very disappointed with the view/NO VIEW at all. Looking right across at another building. Experienced a few coldest days and waited 3 days to get info regarding how to adjust thermostat! Was freezing!

Great location in downtown Austin - super walkable! Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was spotless and well-maintained. A few small essentials, like dish towels and a drying rack, were missing, but nothing that couldn't be worked around. Overall, a great stay!

Great stay

This is the second time I’ve stayed at a Kasa property and it did not disappoint. They have been some of my best Airbnb experiences! There are a lot of check-in instructions, but if you go through them before you get there, it’s really not that complicated. They give step by step instructions with pictures. Also, you cannot beat this location! I highly recommend this stay.

Location and room was amazing. Great spot the only issue was initially checking in is a process and the amount of texts kasa sends. Perfect building, comfortable beds, Resturant’s in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay
