10/10 Exceptional
The comfortable space and the convenient location were both amazing! We loved it all, especially the unbelievable view of the New Years fireworks without having to brave the crowds. Only thing I would caution on, is to NOT count on an early check in and know that there is no on-site luggage hold as this is a contactless location. We arrived early from Boston due to limited direct flights and had to waste 7 hours after a long flight and an early morning arrival. We really can’t fault Kasa as check-in prior to 4p was not guaranteed, but be prepared for that. They quickly suggested luggage storage locations nearby when we contacted them, and there even looked to be one on the same block which would have made it really easy. Unfortunately, they were not open on Sunday’s so the unexpected logistics became an extra layer of complexity and annoyance navigating to a remote location, but again it was not like they hid that had we paid attention. Lesson learned, but would DEFINITELY go back! Thx
