For location to ACL and walkable proximity to restaurants/bars, five stars!! Wonderful downtown view, easy to access and as described!
For modern minimalism, five stars which is a little to minimal. Low rising couch and bed aren’t too in line for comfort if you’re boxed indoors. You won’t find a kitchen overly stocked, or laundry pods, or wash rags like other AirBNB rentals - individual and company owned. However, Kasa was response to inquiries and resolved the no wash rags.
Unfortunately support was lacking after being woken up at 2am with water raining down in the bathroom and adjacent kitchen wall from the unit above. It mimicked a shower head as water fell across the cement flooring. We used every towel in the place to clean up. It was enough water to create an odor and stains in the wall and ceiling. Kasa was going to send a crew in to look the day of checkout so there’s no resolution to the event.
Overall I’d rent from Kasa again, and recommend! It fit the bill!
