I enjoyed my stay at the Kasa on second in Austin this last weekend. We went for a family trip and the rooms for spacious, clean and there was plenty enough room for us all. The area around the building had lots of dining options and the parking was convenient .The communication up to the stay was good.

It was a great stay, and the staff downstairs were wonderful. Likes: Location, apartment size and the facilities - the washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. the balcony and the view were amazing. Dislikes: The bed linen for the sofa bed had holes in it - everything from the sheet to the blanket and pillow case had tears. This was unappealing.

Really nice space, simple in furnishing, but has what you need. The check in would be complicated but they provide very explicit step by step instructions. Great location on the south end of downtown, so easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and bars.

This condo was perfect place to stay in Austin. You were able to walk everywhere. The moody center was definitely walkable as well as 6th street. All of the restaurants were amazing around us. The host was easy to get a hold of and allowed us to stay another night. They were also able to let us get in a little earlier. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you

We had a great stay at Kasa. Even though the building has lots of units, it’s very quiet. The location is excellent. We walked everywhere. The house was clean. We would stay there again.

It's a nice building in a good location, walkable to a variety of stores, restaurants, and venues. The two bedroom apartment provided lots of room for two couples, with huge closets and bathroom areas. Would stay here again.

There is no person at the premise nor to be reached via phone prior/during your stay. No place to keep baggage before/after check out. Other than that - eateries for breakfast/lunch/dinner downstairs, walkable to downtown spots and parks along the river, great view etc

We had a great experience with Kasa in Austin, TX. Checkin was so easy—great detailed directions. Apartment was clean and had great amenities. Lots of restaurants and things to do all in walking distance. Grade: A++++

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The location was great and very continent for downtown Austin and South Congress. We found a huge hair wad in the shower from previous guests around the apartment, but for the most part thought the rest of the apartment felt clean. The check in process seemed a little daunting as it was 10ish steps, but it went smoothly. I don’t think it’s the best place for a staycation in Austin as the kitchen isn’t fully stocked, but if you want to come to austin for an event or to enjoy the food and the night life, this place is great!

Nice place. Very modern style. Definitely a company, not someone's home. That's fine with me, but don't expect too many homey touches. Very conveniently located. Very nice building and apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Great Apartments at Excellent Location Likes: Great location. Our apartment had a nice river view. There were a couple of missing items (iron, ironing board) in the apartment, but it was easy to contact their staff and get what we needed. Dislikes: The other side of the building is facing a large construction site. It may be loud both at night and during the day because we saw the work going on even late at night.

We stayed here for ACL and the location was great, very easy to walk to the shuttle pick up. Also walkable to lots of other restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have any issues checking in, even though the steps were a little complex. The instructions provided were very thorough and the front desk people were happy to help with any questions about using the elevator or key cards. The kitchen had limited items, which was fine for us since we planned to eat out for every meal. The pool area was great and was a perfect spot to relax after being at ACL for 3 days!

Stayed here for ACL Festival. Very walkable. They had two white noise machines that helped greatly with sleep, there were no noise problems in my opinion. The bed was super comfy after a long day at the festival, and I really enjoyed having a coffee on the balcony with a cool view in the mornings. The Barton Springs trail is super close too. The space was clean and I had plenty of space

Great location for riverfront and downtown access. The office I was visiting was literally across the street. plenty of wonderful dining and nightlife nearby, as well. Parking is convenient and competitive with local rates. I do wish I could have left my vehicle in the mostly empty parking lot on my checkout day while I worked in the office across the street. At a hotel, that would be a given. I got in late Monday night and left early Friday morning, but paid for 4 days in the garage here and 2 days in the garage elsewhere to cover Monday and Friday.
