Great service from the Kasa team when I had a few questions.

If you’re not used to city/apartment building, then it can be a little confusing in regard to how to get in. Other than that, great location and very comfortable!

Stayed here for ACL weekend one and it was in a perfect location for all the places we wanted to go (the festival, restaurants, coffee, etc). Instructions were incredibly thorough and easy to follow. Place was very clean and had enough space for our group to spread out when needed. The pool and gym area were awesome amenities as well!

Great stay! The place was clean, the hosts were responsible and very helpful. We had everything we needed, and the amenities were an amazing addition. The only issue we had was that the TV’s Roku didn’t connect to our phone so we could not use it. But we weren’t that interested in watching tv anyways so it really was not a problem for us!

I would highly recommend that anyone traveling check to see if there are Kasa accommodations available before booking a hotel room! This was a fantastic experience all the way around - great location, close to lots of activities, spacious rooms, washer/dryer, full kitchen, great amenities, super safe, and a staff that was available by text! The few items missing were quickly dropped off. I really can't recommend Kasa enough!

Great location! Very clean and easy to get in. Just during weekdays we had some noises regarding the new building.. acceptable. I will comeback definetly

We really enjoyed this stay! Great location and accommodation. Only feedback is the doors to bedrooms are very squeaky and the balcony door wouldn’t lock, which felt a bit dangerous with a toddler. But overall would recommend and would stay again!

Our Kasa unit was worn - floors & couches looked dirty with stains. The kitchen had roaches and was minimally furnished ( for example, 2 mugs for 6 people). The bathroom shower liners were moldy and didn't have enough towels (we had to call and request). The air-conditioning wasn't working and had to be serviced with air filter replaced. The only saving grace was that the beds & bedding was clean and the location was vibrant. It was our first time with Kara, I think we'll stick to a hotel next time.

Overall, a good spot and a reasonable price. Easier check in and better housekeeping would make this 5 star. Likes: Good location and nice gym/pool Apartment was spacious Dislikes: Fairly sterile - concrete floors, white walls Cleaners didn’t leave any TP Digital check in can be confusing

Na oplossing van probleem was het verblijf verder in het appartement geweldig 🍀 Likes: De locatie is top maar zeker ook de view vanuit het appartement was prachtig Dislikes: Wij zijn helaas veel tijd (onnodig) kwijt geweest om de accomodatie duidelijk te maken dat degene die de boeking heeft gemaakt getrouwd is met degene wiens creditcard we altijd gebruiken (die van mijn man want wij hebben gewoon “maar” 1 creditcard. Dit heeft tot op het laatste moment gezorgd voor onrust omdat we niet wisten of we wel of niet toegelaten zouden worden bij Kasa. Dit was voor ons absoluut geen prettig gevoel omdat we dit tussen de vluchten door steeds moesten regelen en we hiermee niet meer bezig wilden zijn omdat het onze 1e America reis was (en ook nog vanwege een leuke happening …. De bruiloft van mijn neefje) . Nooit eerder hier met onze boekingen (en dat zijn er nogal wat) problemen mee gehad. We waren daardoor s’avonds veel later dan gepland op het mexican dinner waar we voor uitgenodigd waren omdat we bij aankomst nog steeds geen info hadden / definitieve bevestiging met codes die je nodig hebt om het gebouw en je kamer binnen te komen. Jammer dat ze ons niet een beetje tegemoet zijn gekomen in de tijd die we verloren hebben door ons ipv om 11.00 om 12.30 of 13.00 uit te laten checken (waar ik netjes om gevraagd had en uit coulance ook best netjes had gevonden).

The apartment was super clean, well appointed, and in a great downtown location. Close to all the fun stuff Austin has to offer.

Great property and location

Nice apartment, well equipped and a good location. Customer service was slightly disappointing. Likes: Good location, walking distance from 6th Street live music venues, clean and comfortable, lovely view from the balcony. Fantastic pool facilities. Dislikes: When we arrived there was no furniture on the balcony and no ironing board. We had to contact the support team who were able to rectify this, but it did take 24 hours. Parking is expensive at $30/night and although we only need the parking space for one night (rental car hire on last day) we were told that we would have to pay the full $120 for our full 4-night stay. This was not very customer friendly and hence the slightly lower rating than could be expected if we didn't experience the above issues.

One of Kasa’s best condo’s! Beautiful Riverview from all rooms. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the double balcony in the evenings and taking a walk to the nearby restaurants for dinner. Perfect location!

We have stayed at several of Kasa’s condo’s and this one was great! Very spacious, plenty of amenities, double balcony, and had a great view. The Kasa team is always very responsive and helpful with suggestions on local restaurants and shopping.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! The unit is a visually stunning industrial-style space, even better (and bigger) than it looks in pictures. Very comfortable beds. Clean and well-supplied. Great internet and working spaces, with beautiful views. Building has several amenities, we didn’t have time to explore them all. Door staff was very personable and added a layer of safety/comfort in what we already felt was a very safe area. Great location, easy walking to almost everything on our Austin fun list, as well as Trader Joe’s and Royal Blue. True keyless entry, so many places just have one set of physical keys once you checkin. The contactless checkin seemed daunting but was really quite easy, and checkout was too. Great communication and very fast response time. We were sorry to leave :)

Nice apartments to stay for that are cheaper than down town hotels. They have cooking utensils, silver ware, plates etc to cook your own meals. Has a refrigerator and full size washing machine and dryer.

This is a fantastic apartment in the perfect location for exploring everything Austin has to offer. Clean and well equipped with great staff in the building. Amenities were fantastic and all clean and easily accessed.

Wonderful location a block and an half away from The Moody Theatre, and parking accommodations make it very convenient. Nice room with an excellent view and a spacious kitchen.

Visited Austin on a business trip in mid-August and chose Kasa as my accom. At first, I thought it was a full-service hotel, but quickly realised it was essentially self-catering, accommodation, but the apartment was stunning. Very clean! Amazing views over the city. Very well located (5 min walk from a Trader Joe's) and not far from really good retail and restaurants, such as Lamberts, which has a really good menu featuring barbecue and amazing cocktails like the "Spring Equinox". If I'm in Austin again for leisure, I'd choose Kasa for its convenience, cleanliness, privacy and the efficiency of the whole process and responsiveness of the team (SUPER QUICK).

The place was gorgeous, clean, spacious, and close to a ton of things in downtown Austin. They also have a parking garage, which was very helpful for us, as we didn’t use a car while we were in town. Will stay here again the next time I’m in town
