I’ve stayed with Kasa before and had a good experience, this time, it was more mixed. The good things: Kasa is quick to respond to messages a!d pick up the phone, and the reps are understanding and curteous. Check-in instructions were detailed and clear, and apartment clean and stylish. The bad: the airbnb listing showed photos of an apartment with beautiful views and had a description mentioning a beautiful view of the river. The apartment I got however, was looking right into a tall building under construction - no view. I immedately contacted the host about this, but the rep on the phone couldn’t resolve the issue and had to «escalate it» and what followed was a lot of emails, phone calls and waiting to change apartment - not a smooth process at all. Airbnb refunded part of the booking and once in the new apartment, I enjoyed my stay. I feel the host could do a better job with description and photos of the listing, plus simplify routines when guests need to change apartments.
