10/10 Exceptional
We were in town for the marathon and the location was great. Walkable to all that we wanted and needed to do in Austin. Gym was nice and easily accessible. Loved that they had free Starbucks in the lobby that we could fill our own cups with. Also, the water and ice fill station was nice. A lot of construction was going on right across the street, so a little loud at times, but not too bad. We only had one key card, which was kind of a pain a couple of times, but manageable. One of the floor to ceiling blinds in the living room was broke and could not go up, so for us who love a lot of natural light, it was kind of an eye sore. I text the Kasa number about the one keycard and the blind and received no response, so I was a little disappointed with that. Other than that, it served our purposes wonderfully and we will definitely stay here again if we are ever back in town.
