10/10 Exceptional
This is a great location: easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Decor is industrial minimalist. Rooms are large and very clean. Closets are big enough to hold 2 kids each with cots (should you desire.) Parking, entering the building, getting into the room, and re-parking are all quite involved; a video call during this exercise would be very helpful. Kasa staff are extremely helpful if you call or text, and they respond quickly. One night, construction across the street kept us up all night, but was quiet the rest of the nights. Blackout curtains did not keep out the night spotlights from the construction. Still, we enjoyed the stay. The construction will likely be over soon.
