10/10 Exceptional
I will start by saying this place was great and served its purpose perfectly for what I needed - BUT - it's important for people to understand that this is not a hotel per se, it's a high-end apartment building with long term renters, and they have 3 floors dedicated to shorter-term rentals like a hotel which is called KASA. But it's not a hotel. Think of it more as a short-term rental but all three of the "hotel" floors are run by a professional company, not individual owners. And then the rest of the building is people who live there in long term leases like a normal apartment building. As a Kasa visitor, we still get access to all the amenities that the building offers to their residents like the pool, gym, etc. But there isn't hotel amenities like a front desk, room service, etc. Having said all that, the place was awesome because you get essentially an actual apartment with a full kitchen and a HUGE balcony overlooking the lake to the South (if you get a south acing room). I loved the unit itself. Very happy with the location as well. Most of my friends were staying at a nearby fancy hotel for a way higher nightly rate but I would take the KASA space over that all day. It was great. As long as you understand that it's not a hotel, you'll be in good shape. I definitely recommend if you want to save some money and be a little more self-sufficient.
