Great place and great locations and views! just as described!

The apartment was clean and easy to get into. Location is great. Would definitely recommend if you want to be downtown.

We loved the space- so clean and modern with great views and huge balcony. It was just a little challenging to access the unit initially…so many steps and instructions…but we appreciated the extra secure feeling once we sorted it out. The location in the middle of downtown was super convenient, but being high above street level was surprisingly very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Second time staying here and has not disappointed. Great value for the price.

Such a great location

Great location, quiet building (except for the current construction across the street). Not a ton in the kitchen but the restaurants in the area make up for it.

Would stay again. Convenient location. Balcony / view is above highway and parking garage, so wasn’t quite as peaceful as implied in the listing.

Great location and views. This property is not on the side where the construction is going on thankfully. A couple of items that would be great... more glasses, silver wear and coffee cups. A Kuerig would be fantastic as well.

Amazing location!

Great stay overall! The apt itself was just as advertised - clean, all of the most needed amenities - and the location was perfect. Also, the check-in/out process was seamless. Would absolutely stay at this location, or any Kasa listing, again!

Very responsive host. Helped with one small issue and was very accommodating and nice to work with. Will stay here next time in Austin for sure.

This place is great. Very clean, great location, great view, it is exactly as described. My only issue was the checking in process. It was very confusing and not easy to locate. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Perfect stay.

This was a great Airbnb. Parking was included which was a huge plus. Everything was easily accessible and the location was very walkable. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this Airbnb again.

My place did not have a dining table, but was so comfortable, clean, and just plain enjoyable. Patio / deck was amazing, view was just spectacular. The receptionists at the entry were so friendly. The only thing negative I could say was that some of the walls had scuff marks on the paint from the furniture being moved around. Overall it was great.

Great experience over all. Though we had no questions or concerns, responsiveness and instructions were clear.

Kasa had shower water smelling pesticide. I informed them on day1 and no action till I checked out

Great apartment, great location. Likes: Great apartment with everything you need, staff on the main door there to help with any questions as well as digitally. Parking was easy and location was good, with lots of things nearby. I didn't use the gym or the pool but my partner did and found it great. Dislikes: My only compliment was the building work going on next door which SOMETIMES STARTED AT 1AM in the morning and CARRIED THROUGH THE NIGHT. Yes, I'm shouting, but that's because the noise was so loud and made it hard to sleep. Hopefully building work will finish soon, a really annoyance during the stay.

Great location. Well appointed apartment. Nice having fully-automated check-in and check-out. Nice communal area and free coffee downstairs (along with coffee in unit).

Great spot to stay. Super walkable. Scooters if you wanna get further. It takes some homework and prep to get in the building and room quickly (gotta get in the garage, then the building, then elevator, then room, each of which has a separate code or key. The room didn’t have an iron and it didn’t get up to the room till after I’d left for the day, but a hot steam shower did the trick. Room was super spacious and beautiful view. Worth the money, was a good 100-200 cheaper than a hotel right down the street, and had a balcony to boot. Great stay. Would recommend.

Room didn’t have an iron in the room (had the board) and they didn’t get it to me before I needed it. But I wasn’t making a fuss or anything. Steamy shower did the trick. It was nice just being able to text what I needed and everything was contactless. Getting into the building was a little tricky because the electronic door lock was being fussy. Great spot though.

Great location, nice building and great pool. It was easy to access and was very clean with great bedding. Bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. On the downside, neither of the TVs would connect to the wifi and there was no cable either. I’m sure they will fix this. Kitchen could really use more utensils and perhaps some more cutlery as there was only one spoon and not much else as far as bowls etc. The one BIG thing to mention is that this location is right beside a massive building being built, and the construction noise starts at 6 am. You cannot sleep after that. It’s unfortunate because this is a great building in a great location but if I knew this I would have chosen somewhere else.

Great place!! Can be a bit tricky to find the garage and instructions with the all the codes to garage access , elevators, and then room Door so give yourself time to check in, once you get it the first time becomes easy. The place is clean, nice amenities, and lots to do around the area. The garage staff is very friendly if have any trouble. Great location and views.

This space is beautiful, the location is amazing in the downtown area, the host is very responsive, and the building is very safe. Overall we spent a great 6 days here and would definitely stay here again. The only issue was the very loud, all night construction across the street on Monday night. Aside from that 5 star place in all regards.

I am so glad that I booked this place! I was in Austin for a conference that was being held at a downtown hotel. This location was walkable to the conference each day so I didn’t have to worry about parking and then re-parking my car. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible!!!

Our stay was amazing. The Airbnb is located close to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There is a Trader Joes within walking distance. You are a short walk away from the river as well. We could not have been in a better location in Austin! We loved that we had our own kitchen and were close to the Trader Joes because we cooked in a night or two. The folks at Kasa are always available and very helpful. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough, and will definitely be rebooking if I am ever back in Austin again!

Very positive experience! Very nice place, incredible views! Close to great food… A 10 min walk to Whole Foods. They were very responsive and helpful when I reached out via text, at any hour, and that alone inspires the confidence and security that any needs will be met… A bit excessive on the automatic texts and review requests. Just a bit… Highly recommended. Would book again…

Great walkable location, clean, and looks like pictures!

Nice view, needlessly stressful check in Likes: The view was amazing. Separate bedroom and living room. Plenty of soap and other supplies. Washer/dryer in apartment. Spacious. Coffee maker and supplies. Free self-parking Dislikes: The check in experience was terrible. Kasa seems to be only contactable via Web interface, and I had to get a one time log in verification email EVERY TIME I wanted to read the complicated instructions. The door out of the garage didn't work, and I had to log in via a new email just so I could search for a number to call. When I did call, no one picked up. Luckily, one of the residents let us in. There is no reason they wouldn't let me print out the details prior to arriving. It was stressful to the extreme, and if my phone had run out of juice, it would have been impossible. Coming from a foreign country and a long flight, it wasn't worth the hassle. Never again. The apartment was nice, but the units were a little shabby. The shower curtain was about 2 feet too long so bunched up in the bathtub. The balcony was too scary to spend any time outside for me!

Amazing views at a great price! This was my first experience with Kasa, and the entire process was seamless. Looking forward to booking with them again in the future!

Great location. Beautiful view. Loved being close to everything downtown and to have free (easy to access) parking. Check-in is all virtual, which was nice for ease but the gate was a little finicky coming in so that was a bit stressful. Loved the view from the balcony. The only thing I didn't love about the house was that I needed earplugs at night to sleep. The window facing the street lets in a lot of sound (cars, construction, people, etc). Plus on Saturday night when everyone came in from partying I could hear (literally) everything from the units around me. Also the dishwasher was broken and there wasn't enough paper products for the length of my stay. Other than that, it was a great experience.
