10/10 Exceptional
I stayed at a Kasa for a two-week business trip to Austin. The place was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed. A washer+dryer to use freely right in the unit, fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, walk-in wardrobe, clean bathroom, living room, TVs, a huge balcony with a pristine view, a gym+pool, and very friendly groundstaff who helped with parcel deliveries.
The stay was perfect, all the way from communications with the host(s) to location to comfort. Price is a little on the upscale side, but the value of what you get made it worthwhile.
