Nice view and place could be cleaner It was a nice place. Trash was left out and full of food. Not something you expect to deal with when staying somewhere. Elevators were horrendous waiting forever.

The place was very clean, the utensils and appliances llike new. Great touch to have complementary coffee and tea. The location could not be better. Beautiful view. But the absolutely best part is the customer service group.They are amazing; courtious, polite, responsive they have 24 hr service for whatever you need. I will never use anybody else for a vacation rental

Great location, wonderful mattress, clean, modern, nice view. The only thing that needs to improve is the elevetors. Only one works and that makes it very slow.

Bad experience with checkin. Access cards didn’t work to access building the whole stay. Parking situation is complicated. Have to retrieve key from room then go back and park car. Then check out have to exit parking garage then go back and drop off key especially when elevators are not working. Very frustrating. Waiting on elevator was 10 to 15 minutes each time. On Sunday neither elevator worked. Had to use freight elevator. There were some ceiling fans in room but no remotes or switch to turn on. Suggestion…. Maybe some waters in fridge for ur guests.

Our stay in Austin was amaizing thanks to Kasa, the building is in an area really close to the river and you can find lot of restaurants and bars. The department has a great view and has beautiful decoration and comfortable furniture!

Location is great, apartment is clean and new. Only one elevator works at a time so be prepared for that. In the mornings it can cause issues and you should plan ahead. Electronic lock died on me in the middle of the night. Had to have a locksmith come out and drill off the lock at 10pm. Wasn’t resolved until 1am Host offered a $75 credit for the “inconvenience.” Not a pleasant experience.

Walkable to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and river walk. We didn't have a vehicle but it was easy to enjoy beautiful Austin. Happy, friendly people along the way.

The location was perfect, close to river walks, shopping, entertainment , restaurants and my daughters apartment. We enjoyed the beauty of Austin.

The place is nice with great city views and you can walk to many restaurants ect.. the check in is a bit confusing but not bad. The views would of been slightly better if the outside of the windows were cleaner. The room we had was huge, just like an apartment. The concrete floor/walls feel a little cold but I understand why its that way. For the price we paid was well worth it and would stay there again.

Large apartment that was clean and quiet with free onsite parking in the heart of downtown, using virtual front desk for checking in and accessing apartment was easy to use and door keys and parking cards were provided inside apartment. Would recommend

Amazing view of the river! Huge balcony! Well-equipped room. Very clean. Spacious yet comfortable. Easy to text host for anything you need. Great amenities & very walkable to the best of Austin.

Very good, but some small frustrations. First, we’d stay here again. Modern, clean, nice view (Apt 1409), great location. Just wish a few things were better. Mostly well-equipped kitchen, but the only spoons in the place were two serving spoons. Saw a previous complaint about this, so KASA seems to have ignored the issue. Only 1 kitchen towel. TV is antenna only with limited channels and would not let us stream. I own the same TV, so I know how to use it, but gave up on streaming after an hour of trying. No towel bars in bathroom, just a single hook on the door. En suite bathroom door needs adjustment or grease. It’s ridiculously loud. Cheap area rugs with no pads or rug tape, so corners are constant trip hazard. Deep couch needs cushions. Great view from deck but the 2 wire mesh deck chairs are meant to have cushions, but there are none, so unsittable and get crap on your clothes if you try. No top sheet on bed-yuk. Only 1 elevator due to flood damage about 5 weeks ago, so there’s a little wait now and then. We didn’t mind, but residents complained every time we waited.

Loved my stay! Amazing city views, tall ceilings, and great amenities like a pool and brand new fitness center. Tons of places to eat nearby and trader joe’s is right around the corner

Amazing location downtown and wonderful views of the Lady Bird Lake. You can walk everywhere in this beautiful city. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. We will, for sure, return again.

We walked to ask the sites we wanted to see very easily! Antone's, the Willie Nelson statue/ACL, and the Stevie Ray Vaughan statue. Very clean and all the comfort of home with full kitchen, ice maker, and washer/dryer.

High rise with a single working elevator that leads to a room with no water pressure.

This location is the best! There were a few things I wish I knew before I got there. They do not provide a pool towel. You have to take one of your bath towels down to pool and they limit those so if you need 2 towels when you shower, you need to be strategic. You do have a filtered water in your fridge so you don't need to bring water. The elevator needs a card swipe once you enter before you can select your floor. Upon arrival, you have to hope someone else that lives there gets in the elevator so you can't get up to your floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my 2 week stay here.

Mold!!!! Beware!!! Came to Austin on business, my wife goes to check in. She says upon entering it smells of mold. She sees where stains and water damage along the edges of the walls and elevator and all over the airducts. She talks with a permanent reside t of the building who states two pipes burst a month or so ago and flooded the building. She says they have been having air quality issues since. Because she is pregnant, she does feel comfortable staying and I agree we should book else where. We call the Kasa company immediately at 5pm. (Check in is at 4.) We tell them we can not stay and present our evidence. They try to relocate to another room hit it just as damaged and the poor air quality. I tell the company that I am willing to forgo Friday night rent but wish to recoup my Sat payment because services were never rendered. The Kasa "escalation team" rakes my case under review. They say they will call me in "30 mins to 2 hrs." Skip to Sat morning no call, I reach out to them. They say the cancelation policy says I forgot all funds. I sytate my argument about fairness in giving up half the total payment. They say no. What ugliness!?! I could not believe it. Kasa, your handling of this situation was poor at best. I do not appreciate you or your inability to provide reasonable customer service. I called the City of Austin code compliance and reported you. I will attach my pictures and videos of your substandard conditions to this post. Do Not Recommend. Unprofessional. Unreasonable. Unacceptable.

Good location but all else was a Disappointment! The building only had 1 working elevator. One of the tenants said it had just happened 2 weeks prior. They should’ve informed us of that! Prior to coming. The coffee maker didn’t work neither did the washing machine. I contacted the rental manager via the app and never heard back. So I bought a coffee maker to use while there and just dealt with not being able to wash clothes. Bottom line I spent a small fortune to stay at this place for a few days and it was one of the worst ever. Besides the location the Holiday inn express would’ve been better.

Really enjoyed staying at Kasa Austin. The location is absolutely wonderful and the place had everything we needed! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone traveling to downtown Austin for work or leisure! And we ourselves will definitely be back.

The property was very centrally located and made it easy for dining and shopping as well as bars and clubs. The apartment was pretty clean, however there was an old shampoo dispenser that was mounted in the shower the front was torn off to not be used anymore however the back part remained and looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages. Parking was great in the attached garage. One elevator was broken so it took an astronomical amount of time to catch the working elevator. There was construction going on so at times it was very loud in the unit I woke up to a grinder being used in the apartment next door two separate mornings. I would not have selected this building had I been informed it was under construction.

The process to check in is a bit complicated. You do get clear instructions and staff that are able to help 24/7 if you need anything, though. The apt is really very nice, posh and clean and is a reasonable price for the part of the city that it’s in.

We had a very positive experience for our first time staying at Kasa The location was perfect even though we didn’t know it at booking, right by Congress and 2nd. We loved the industrial modern feel to the apartment. Also price point was very good. Only one complaint. The water faucet in the bathroom sink didn’t come out far enough into the sink, you could barely get your hands under it because the stream was at the back of the bowl and the water flow was very poor. We washed our hands in the kitchen sink. Just replacing the faucet with one goes further in the sink bowl would do it! Otherwise we loved it. I would have liked to stay another day but it was booked.

Loved being on the 16th floor - until the elevator went out. However, KASA comped the last day and the elevator sitch was not really under their control. Overall, KASA did well in the communications and kept us updated. They hired someone to bring our bags down. The apartment was very nice, clean and overall well maintained.

Great location in downtown ATX. Nice building (except when the elevators went out halfway into our stay!). Good sized unit. Well equipped kitchen. Linens are barely acceptable. Body wash in shower was empty. Coffee table in living room was rickety. But overall a good alternative to hotels.

First it’s a lot of instructions to get checked in. And part of the check in process they did not have the parking card the access the parking deck that caused a lot of stress with trying to get past the gate abs had a line of cars behind me beeping there horns. Come to find out later that the parking key card was not in the apartment. So I did not have one till the end of second day. Then the 3rd day the building had a flood on lower levels Caine the elevators not to work. And the condo was on the 16th floor. So from 5pm on Sat till our check on Sunday we had to use the stairs. We had a dog so I had to take her out 4 more times during this time and we had to go to dinner sat night. So between taking the dog out, dinner and check out. I had to use the stairs 6 times. It screw d our whole weekend up and we canceled some things we had planned. I will call in sick tomorrow to work because I can’t even walk now my legs are so sore. The property has not offered any free nights or money back. Do not use this company. And the master bedroom had ugly holes in the wall. Looked like someone ripped the tv off the wall. They don’t care about their guest. And I paid a lot of money. Considering a law suit. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. giving a negative star because lack of taking care of the guest.

Terrible experience. Save your money. They don’t care about their guest. Holes on bedroom wall abs elevator did not work the last day and had to walk 16 story’s 6 times. I can’t hardly move my legs today. Had to cancel some of things we went down there to because of that. They offered no money back or a couple free night stays for future. Very bad customer service. Do not use this place. Way too many other places in Austin that are nicer and care about your stay.
