This property was excellent and I cant wait to stay again. We enjoyed the ease of access, yet the open communication with the concierge. We were able to text our request for umbrellas (it poured most of our trip!) as well as groceries. All of our communication was answered promptly and courteously. The room was clean, spacious and provided the perfect space for us to relax/recharge and also to glam up for our night out in Austin! Bonus points for the full length mirrors and coffee bar in the multi purpose room off the lobby. My only comment would be that I had hoped for a hook in the bathroom to hang clothes/towels. There were no hooks in either bathroom. THANK YOU TO THE GUILD TEAM!

By far one of my best stays. The amenities are awesome. The space was clean and well stocked. The view was also amazing. Everyone was very friendly. The bed was a favorite. Best sleep I've had in weeks. This is a very private and quiet area with a hip Mordern design. I will stay again.

Great option in Austin This place was great. Better option than traditional hotel room. Very spacious and modern and super clean. Full kitchen was a bonus too. View was amazing.

Seamless entry and exit with the directions they provided. I could just text the property if I had any questions and someone replied right away, so it was great customer service without standing in line or calling someone

Great communication prior and after check-in/check-out. This particular unit not quite as nice as the other two I've stayed in, but still great value and views for price paid. Will be back again, but maybe look for unit with slightly better layout.

Enjoyed our stay at The Guild. Very nice amenities. Comfortable, nice location, safe. Only complaint was that there were no coffee filters so we improvised. Would definitely recommend.

the unit had a great view of the Lake, it was very convenient to the clubs and restaurants, check in went monthly and communication from the time of purchase was good and any questions I had were quickly answered vis text. It was a great experience and we will use the Guide again.

Stay here! Great location, easy access to building and entrance process through Guild text communication. Nice view, comfy bed, pillows & bedding. We will stay here again. The unit did not have any coffee filters and within 15 min, they delivered them to our door.

Never even checked in. I was out and about in Austin, the hotel sent me a message saying that they were going to give my room away to someone else, EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT, simply because I hadn't check in yet. Not good business. I will continue to use Expedia but I will do everything in my power to make sure that anyone I know avoids this hotel. Customer service is not just lacking, it does not exist. Thank you.

The room was in a great location in downtown Austin. I liked how communications were handled via text. Checking in was almost like being a resident in the building with the security codes provided. The room was actually a small apartment with full kitchen on the 18th floor with a great city view. I will definitely look for Guild properties when traveling.

Check-in was delayed for over 4 hours and we were one of three couples that were in Austin celebrating a birthday. Needless to say, this was not how we had hoped our celebration to begin. Check-in begins at 3 pm. We did not arrive at our room until after 7 pm. Communication sucked and was via text. Finally received a phone call from management and we were given the room at a discount. Unfortunately, the domino effect had already taken effect and everything that had been planned for the evening had to be adjusted or canceled. But here is your measly discount. Sorely disappointed!!! Oh, and the reason for the delay was that they had only "one" housekeeper cleaning every room. Seriously? Thank you, next...be forewarned, look elsewhere to stay. There are several hotels in this area that are skyscrapers that offer more amenities and are less expensive. Don't waste your time here.

All I have are great things to say about The Guild! Parking garage connects to the elevators for easy access into the building. Check in was so easy, after reserving my suite I got a text message 20 minutes after with all the information needed to get to my room. There is always someone available to text or call and they were so helpful with all my questions. My room was on the 16th floor and had a beautiful view of Austin. The hotel was very clean and had everything one needs for a vacation. I would highly recommend staying at The Guild and I will be sure to return myself!
