We’ve stayed in downtown historic Savannah a few times and this place was an excellent price with great amenities and location! Very comfortable for my husband, me, and our small dog. It was less than a block to a square (park area) where we could take our dog to go to the bathroom. We’d stay here again for sure!

Nice, convenient, quiet. Likes: Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Dislikes: Parking was a couple blocks away. Which was ok because we didn’t have to drive anywhere, everything was walking distance.

Likes: Location was great for the ferry across to the convention centre and nearby bars, restaurants and historic buildings etc. Kitchen was really well equipped but no nearby stores to buy groceries so I wasn't able to make use of it. TV only worked for mirroring phone. Dislikes: The last day of my stay was disrupted by very noisy neighbours (even at 5am) with a barking dog. The building also had a funny smell.

Pretty good in concept Likes: Location Dislikes: Window blind was pulled all the way up and needing servicing. Squeaky bathroom door. Screen casting was not very functional, and would have been nice if they had just put a paperclip in the TV coax connector so we could have had the most rudimentary broadcast TV for local news.

We stayed in what appeared to be a recently remodeled & furnished studio. The building seems to be a work in progress, but is still in good condition. We felt perfectly safe staying here and the location couldn't have been better for exploring historic Savannah.

This was our first time staying in a Kasa property. The best thing about this property is the location. Everything is walkable. Easy walk to River Street and lots of shops and restaurants right in that area. Toast all day is right across the street and we visited multiple times. The apartment was well-maintained. There was a musty smell in the lobby, but you really only walk through there. There was no smell upstairs. It’s very safe using codes to get in the door and up the elevator. It was nice to have your own apartment in the city. We never heard the church bells while inside, but we were on the other side of the building. You could hear them outside and I thought it it’s nice to hear them. The beds and the couch are low so if you have mobility issues, they may be a bit of a challenge. There was one issue that the dryer was not working, but was quickly resolved by moving us to a different apartment. We really needed the dryer because it rained several days that week so it was great to have one. We would definitely stay here again!

There is no common area or gym. Washer and dryer, but I didn't see any laundry detergent. The shower had a low-flow showerhead. The exhaust ceiling fan was not working. Mildew build-up on tilework. Cups and glasses in the cabinet with weird film. Perhaps it has never been washed. No cable TV must use your app. All hard pillows requested a softer pillow but were told none were available. My neck was so stiff the next day. No extra blankets. Parking down the street at the Liberty Deck, and they had EV chargers. We used the alleyway to get to it faster; it was safe.

False advertising We booked an Aparthotel but it was an Air BnB on the 4th floor of a commercial building with no hotel amenities - false advertising! The other floors are occupied by a doctor’s office and other businesses. The apartment was okay except there’s no ceiling and a bit dusty. The main front door was coded, the elevator was coded and the room door needed a special app to open - this was a nightmare! Surprised Expedia allows the listing as a Hotel. For the price it is best to book a traditional hotel to avoid the surprises/ disappointment!

Was locked out right away due to malfunctioning key pad and place was filthy. Hair in bed/shower and needed to wear shoes inside or socks would turn black. Pretty sure the bed sheets were not changed. Staff did change bed sheets the next day after complaining, but the floors were not cleaned. Toilet seat was cracked. There was a very strange smell in the entire building too. Only positive was the location with it being close to a lot of great places. Staff were also friendly/responsive but this place needs better management.

The tv in our room was unusable. It was supposed to have a Google Chromestick, but it didn’t have one. We tried to use the virtual concierge but it’s just a chatbot that couldn’t assist with getting a new chrome stick. The building is pretty old, and the lobby smells. The hallway of the Kasa hotel rooms is super creepy. Makes you feel like you’re in an insane asylum. We booked a queen bed studio. We didn’t get a sofa or a proper closet. You don’t have a dresser or any place to store your clothes. They just give you some coat hooks and a garment rack. When they renovated this floor, they didn’t replace the doors or base trim, so these small details went noticed. There’s also a base cabinet door that can’t open because the fridge blocks it. The bathroom was pretty disappointing. The shower toweltries were in a shower caddy on the shower floor. All in all, a disappointment and customer service is non existent.

Key code didn’t work, two other key codes, provided by offsite “concierge”, also didn’t work; finally given the location of a real key. TV only works using a mobile phone; unfortunately my phone and tv refused to connect—so no tv. Elevator was out of order, we went up four flights of stairs; my wife uses a cane, in the process of going up the stairs she twisted her ankle—I carried our suitcases on three trips up the stairs. Bells of nearby church chimed every 15 minutes. Mattress is only one foot off the floor, making it impossible for my wife to get out of bed without assistance.

Wonderful space in a great location! Likes: Just a few minutes walk to River St. Breakfast places right next to our building. Easy access for a mid day rest at you Kasa then right back out for an evening walk and dinner! Dislikes: You do have a parking garage that is a 2 min walk to the building. That’s a downside but also good. It was bearable.
