Great location Likes: The location is perfect, the room is a good size, communication with the host was good, the bed was comfortable. Dislikes: It had the sterile and impersonal feeling of a corporate short term rental. The hallway smelled like sewage or mildew (the room smelled fine). The washer was moldy (but it was nice that there was a washer in the room).

TV is Chromecast only so no option to watch any network channels at all. A lot of street noise as well.

I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but the fact that one can't even leave luggage before check-in time is a real problem when one arrives earlier. Any accommodation should have a solution to this problem (and they didn't have). Also, a bit too much communication - for a one-night stay, I received frequent messages for days before, during and after my stay. Otherwise, nice place and well located.

We enjoyed this place especially after being without power for several nights. It felt like home.

Gorgeous apartment, very clean and modern. Loved the kitchen. The only thing I will say is that I wished there were hooks in the entry way to hang my bag and jacket, and in the bathroom. Other than that, will definitely stay again.

Overall okay - no coffee maker just coffee tea bags that didn't taste good. TV instructions were complicated and we never got it to work (probably cause we're old!). We were on the 4th floor and the elevator broke for a day and a half. I have a heart condition and the walk up, especially with groceries etc was a bit concerning. The location was outstanding - near everything in the historic district. Restaurants, bars, parks and the river front scene.

Not the worst place I've ever stayed, but not really that great either Likes: The location was the best part of this place. It is centrally located near lots of shops and restaurants, near the riverfront. Dislikes: The unit was not very clean when we arrived. There were long black hairs in the bathroom, as well as in the bed when I pulled back the comforter. There was some ground-in food on the carpet it was also very dusty. Someone did come to clean the bathroom after our first night and she did a good job, but overall it didn't feel comfortable. It is also very dry at night due to the air conditioning, and you can't open the windows. The walls are PAPER THIN. We could hear the couple in the next room having a conversation and could make out every word clearly, as though they were in the room with us. Kasa provides earplugs and a white noise machine since people have complained about this before, but we were traveling with our one year old who can't wear earplugs so it wasn't ideal.

Mi Kasa, e su kasa! Our apartment was beautiful, affordable and in a great location. We wanted an alternative to the pro-genocidal AirBnB, and from now on we will stay in a Kasa wherever it's available. Everything was modern and clean, the kitchen was gorgeous and the bed and couch were so comfortable!

This was the best location staying in Savannah! It was just me and my husband so this space was perfect. I had trouble with the lock upon arriving and was able to contact Kasa with a quick response and quick resolution. Next time we visit, I’ll definitely check if this is available first!

This Kasa apartment was great overall. The location couldn’t have been any better. We were walking distant to everywhere we wanted to go and it was very safe and easy to get in and out. The apartment itself was really good too, comfy bed, nice kitchen and a nice TV area. The bathroom was also a great size. The only thing was I felt like it wasn’t clean. The floors felt very dirty and walls looked super scuffed up and dirty as well. The important stuff was clean though, bathroom and bed. But other than that I think that would be my only improvement. They made everything else super easy and were very communicative.

Great place Likes: The room is huge and comfortable, the studio is in the city centre with just a short walk to all attractions. We had some issues with checkin but they were quickly sorted by their customer support. Dislikes: No complaints.

Simply awesome Kasa was beyond my expectations, really blew us away. One of the best places we have stayed at. Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Easy check in/out, and host checked in with us via text messages. Very helpful and we loved our stay. Huge thanks to the management for making our Savannah stay wonderful.

Location is great, but the check in and checkout process leaves much to be desired. We were provided the check in codes for the room at 3:30, but upon arriving with all of our luggage at 3:50 it became apparent that the unit was inaccessible until 4:00 despite the fact that they'd already given us entry codes (that apparently don't work till 4:00). Kasa was generally unresponsive when trying to find out if the room would be free early, and checkout instructions weren't provided until immediately before checkout. The unit itself is fine. Nothing special, but pretty well kept up. Unfortunately there is a TV but no cable, so if you want to watch something to unwind, if it's raining, etc. then you're out of luck. Another irksome note was that the shower curtain was too short to prevent water from escaping. This is a strange oversight that makes one question the overall quality of the unit.

the room was very large and clean. The location was nice and in walking distance to everything i needed. there wasn't any parking so i had to pay for overnight parking but it was was decently close to the property. i would stay again and recommend the property

Great place.

My husband and I loved the communication from the property managers. In was able to get in touch with them for any questions and they responded right away. We loved our Studio that we stayed in for 5 days. It had everything that we needed and it was walking distance to All of the stores and shops and restaurants. So convenient. It was very clean and my husband loved that he was able to cook his own meals and they even provided olive oil and various seasonings. It was convenient that e we’re able to do our laundry during our stay. The only thing that we weren’t a fan of was all of the homeless people sleeping at the front door entrance outside of the building. We had to wake them up in order to open the door and ask them to please move so that we can pass. Other than this issue, our stay was perfect!

Love this place, just need a few repairs and adjustments to amenities. Likes: Great location, spacious, clean, well decorated easy instructions on check-in. Great security features. Dislikes: There was only one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a four nights stay or three people. The bed boards were broken, and the mattress kept falling through the frame. I did let the management company know about the broken board, however, was not fixable during our day. Pull out mashes also as the screw in many areas. What’s the best fix? It would be a perfect space

I normally have amazing stays with airbnb bookings but was unfortunately not as satisfied with Kasa as I’d hoped. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The unit was mostly clean other than old snack residue on the pull out couch. And the location was fantastic with it being in such a walkable area! However, during our stay someone walked into our locked unit in the middle of our stay unprompted. The AC unit was broken the whole stay which made it difficult to sleep and to leave our pet unattended throughout the day. There was a lot of noise from our neighboring unit as the ceiling is not completely closed off, however they did accommodate with a noise machine and ear plugs. Finally, even though we reported that we would be bringing a pet with us for our stay during booking, Kasa has been separately trying to have me upload my credit card information to their website so they may charge me an additional pet fee, which was not disclosed on their airbnb listing.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect, centered around everything. Ease of entry was great.

Stay was ok. photos didn’t match the booking exactly. There are multiple units, would recommend to match the photos more closely to the unit you’re reserving. AC was down initially, but the team worked quickly to get it back up, thanks!

We booked the apartment through a travel agency for 4 people. However, the provider declares a maximum of 3 adults - and that is already one more person than is good. Why? There is one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room. I've never experienced anything as uncomfortable as the couch - you basically lie on the fabric-covered metal springs! After two nights I have pain in various places due to the pressure points from the metal springs. And then the lying surface slopes inward from both outside sides. There is definitely no restful sleep on this couch. So my urgent advice: the apartment is PERFECT FOR TWO PEOPLE! The only disadvantage: the windows are very noise-permeable, you can hear the traffic etc. quite a bit, but that fits in well with the charm of the loft character and the central location. The bathroom is beautifully furnished, the shower is quite large and there is a washing machine and dryer (washing tabs were available!). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a few days (including dishwashing liquid and kitchen towels). If you arrive by car, you will have to use a parking garage/parking space nearby. We would book this apartment again for two people at any time. Es gibt keine Rezeption vor Ort, den virtuellen Check-in empfiehlt es sich im voraus zu erledigen, also nicht erst wenn man mit dem Gepäck vor der Tür steht 😉 Es gibt Zugangsdaten für Eingangstür zum Gebäude + Aufzug sowie separates Passwort zur Wohnungstür. Wir hatten die Wohnung über eine Reiseagentur gebucht für 4 Personen. Der Anbieter deklariert jedoch max. 3 Erwachsene - und das ist schon eine Person mehr als es gut ist. Warum? Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und eine Auszieh-Couch im Wohnzimmer. So etwas unbequemes wie die Couch habe ich noch nie erlebt - man liegt quasi auf den mit Stoff überzogenen Metallfedern! Nach zwei Nächten habe ich Schmerzen an diversen Stellen durch die Druckstellen der Metallfedern. Und dann fällt die Liegefläche auch noch von beiden Außenseiten nach innen hin ab. Erholsamen Schlaf gibt es auf dieser Couch definitiv nicht. Von daher mein dringender Rat: die Wohnung ist PERFEKT FÜR ZWEI PERSONEN! Einziger Nachteil: die Fenster sind sehr lärmdurchlässig, man hört den Straßenverkehr etc. schon recht ordentlich, aber an sich passt das gut zum Charme des Loft-Charakters und zu der zentralen Lage. Das Bad ist super eingerichtet, die Dusche ordentlich groß und es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner (Waschtabs waren vorhanden!). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für ein paar Tage benötigt (inkl. Geschirrspülmittel und Küchentücher). Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss auf ein Parkhaus/ Parkplatz in der Nähe zurückgreifen. Für zwei Personen würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

GREAT PLACE GREAT PRICE The room was great size, everything clean and fresh, great located area with shops and restaurants within a 1 minute walk, customer service helped out a lot and everyone was so nice, me and my boyfriend felt comfortable and safe. It was amazing!

Great place to stay The apartment was very comfortable home away from home and the bed and pillows were great the full kitchen was great, a very quiet place very nice bath and shower, the apartment was also nice and roomy, if you like to fix some meals the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and silverware and China great place

Great location. Likes: The location of this property was perfect for access to all the sights and restaurants in Savannah. The room was large with many ammendities. The property was clean and easy to access given the staff free nature of the property. Dislikes: The pillows were soft but the bed was a little too hard for us which made it hard to sleep on and due to being in the end room we heard the air con for everyone's rooms all night as the piping went through our room.

Our stay at Kasa was great. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring Savannah. Kasa's check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartment was, given its proximity to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the late checkout process was a major inconvenience despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with Kasa Support in advance.

Was a very spacious studio, clean, and with a good view of the skyline. Checking-in/out was super easy to do and felt super safe to be in.

Kasa Savannah Likes: Have full kitchen and laundry room in studio. Location. Dislikes: Had to wash all towels before using them because they were not clean and smelled bad. No TV cable, ar least local cable to check news and weather. The parking is terrible.

Likes: I liked the location and the space!!
