Likes: The check in was absolutely the most convoluted process that I have ever come across. I have rented all types of accommodations around the world, both from indulgent to the most basic. Your procedures for having to wait for different confirmations hour by hour on the day of check-in must have been invented by your CEO's 3 year old. That procedure alone would ensure that I will never rent a Kasa again. Plus, getting locked in the elevator because of inadequate instructions, the TV not working, the AC impossible to adjust, no extra trash bags, and the garbage can outside my room was overflowing, and standing in the dark at 10PM alone, putting the code in 3 times before it would unlock. NEVER EVER AGAIN
