We had issues with cleanliness, the bath towels, walls, & couch in the living room all had stains. There was also a pest problem with flies, moths, mosquitoes always being in the house (getting in somehow without the door being open). There were bags of trash left outside by the front door while we were checking in as well. We contacted Kasa immediately and they were responsive. They sent someone the next day to remove the trash bags and they placed our new towels outside in a white garbage bag. They also gave a small refund for the inconvenience. The outside of the property was nice & aesthetically pleasing. If you’re coming here after an early flight keep in mind there is no lobby here and they will be unable to hold your bags before check in. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience but Kasa’s communication made it manageable. Hope this helps.
