Completely deserving of its high rating. This is a terrific place in a superb location. The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The check-in procedure was simple and efficient, and parking was a snap. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great place, great price! I’ve never stayed in a place quite like this. It was beautiful, safe, clean, and easy to get in and out of. And of course, the price per night was unbeatable! I highly recommend Kasa on the River for a short or extended stay.

Would stay here again. The gym, pool and location next to greenbelt are standout features.

This property is a delight. We loved being so close to downtown and right on the Greenbelt too! The apartment met our needs perfectly. It was clean and odor-free. We'd love to stay here again in the future.

Look no further. Just book this place, it would be hard to find anything better in Boise. It is right on the Greenbelt, extremely safe, modern apartment with many amenities. This trumps any hotel. This also beats any airbnb/hotel downtown. If you are going to a Boise State Football game the stadium is a few blocks away.

Close to BSU, nice long term rental Likes: The view from the apartment was very nice and had a fountain across the street . It was walking distance to restaurants and a cute coffee shop. I think this would be a nice place to stay if someone is looking for a longer term rental, however we were there only 2 nights Dislikes: The parking was ridiculously confusing and the actual property felt like a maze to find and access. Reading the instructions on getting into the building felt like a scavenger hunt. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all and way too small. That should definitely be replaced. The location of the kasa is great in conjunction of the university but not close to downtown. The noose level from cars passing by outside was very loud. Even though we were on the 5th floor the noise level was too much

The property was great, but we weren’t issued a parking pass and arrived after office hours so getting a parking pass to get my car in the garage was fussy and took 2 hours. Then the borrowed parking pass had to be returned. Then the parking system updated and our parking space and we had to get thru that. Lots of “dealing with it” while on vacation.

Kasa initially wanted to hold 250$ for incidental fee and then pet fee was 34$ a piece which was not included in the fee from air bnb. They sent a link to a third party site that I had to enter my card information into. Which made me uncomfortable but after checking in the room was and accommodations were good. The location is great for a walk into downtown. Overall I would stay here again they were responsive to messages and didn’t end up charging the 250$ deposit. I would stay here again. Was perfect for walking the dog by the place to stay at.
