Loved our stay and will be back Apartment was very clean & nice, super-comfortable bed. Check in details were very thorough and check in process was smooth. We were not sure what the “virtual front desk” would be like, but once going through the process, it was as smooth as could be.

Very close to the hospital. So much better than a hotel. So very happy we found this. Great price as well. Fully functional kitchen. 2 bed 2 bath so my father had his own space and privacy. Had dishes and utensils for cooking. A great find if you need to be near family in hospital.

This review is about your completely inadequate door code system. It leaves a corner case without solution entirely. I had left my phone in the room by accident, unable to retrieve the code. It took me 4 hrs to finally get back into the apartment. The help came not from KASA but from the Building Securitas/Maintenance department. KASA was simply not available. Neither by phone nor email. (And obviously not text since the phone was locked back in the room). Your customer service was simply non existent via telephone or via KASA login.

Walk to Boise State We loved staying here. It was close to BSU, where our son goes to school. The room was large. Bed was very comfortable. They have a good size gym and nice pool & jacuzzi, for summer. Only thing I would suggest is to have a tv in the bedroom. We already booked a room for parents weekend.
