This stay for us was during hot weather in Seattle and this apartment had no AC. It does state it in the information but this was unbearable for us. We were very close to moving to a hotel but we had paid so much money for 3 nights we couldn’t afford to loose it. In the end we slept in the living room all together near the 1 cooling unit to try and sleep. It was too hot to spend any time there during the day, it was hot after showering.. sweating getting ready. Sweating at night. They provided a few fans but it just moved the hot air around and did nothing. If they’re going to let people stay hear during hot weather they need to provide more cooling units. The bedrooms were SO stuffy.
Another negative was it was quite dated, blinds were broken/bent, marks on the walls, wobbly dinner chairs, wobbly lamps. Also one of the bathrooms smelled rotten, I’m not sure if it was the heat again but it was quite smelly.
I felt we overpaid.
Plus sides to which why we gave it 2 stars… Location is great for Bellevue to do a few nearby things and parks/kids museums for our 3 year old son. Also easy to get the bus to Seattle.
Apartment was very clean.
