Arrived to a unit that was shockingly filthy and never corrected despite hours of complaints. We were told repeatedly that housekeeping had come—no one ever entered. Dead plant, filthy sink, garbage left, torn & dirty carpet throughout, dirty showers, stove/oven, hair in fridge, missing bedding, mold on window sills, filthy patio, broken blinds, dirty fixtures, debris-filled vents, ill-fitting dirty curtains dragging on floor, burned-out bulbs, dirty walls, stained tables, dirty throw pillows, AC packed with debris, food on cabinets, worn table surface, scratched furniture, stained upholstery. Internet barely worked. Noise all night. Someone entered our unit at 5am—security issue. Parking space unusable (our car was damaged). No clear entrance or garage access. Inadequate dishes for 6 guests. We got sick from the conditions. Offered a coupon instead of a real resolution. Avoid. No accountability, no honesty, no management oversight.
