I usually don't leave negative reviews however, when your trip starts off on a poor note like ours did I think its imperative. Check in and instructions were pretty easy. When we entered, there was no toiler paper or paper towel in the whole apartment! When we reached out to Kasa, they said someone will drop it off. However, with 5 people after a 3hr drive, we were not taking that chance. We went to a pharmacy and bought our own toilet paper and brought it to the apartment. When I informed them of the very large inconvenience they responded with a 10$ gift card for our troubles. I then asked for a late checkout, for which they gave us an additional 1 hour. Overall, the place was fine, but how are you not going to have essentials like TP and paper towel? Come on guys, do better. And not offer any kind of apology or credit?
