The place is overall nice, we have stayed here once before and hope to stay again. Great location and very secure parking and building. It gave a safe place to stay while visiting Seattle area.
Is it perfect, No. Is it nice, yes. There are many amenities that make for a comfortable stay.
It does not have mold or mildew issues common for the area, which is nice. I have issue with mold and mildew and could not smell any in lobby, hallways, elevator, or apartment.
There are a few issues which we hope Kasa can resolve: One of which is bad air flow, it is hot and stay's hot even with the provided floor fans (which didn't fully work) . Another is the washer & dryer. Washer sounds like its starting to die and the dryer lent trap was duct taped shut, which came loose and steamed the poor user in the face (no injury). The master suite toilet also ran all night long, constant tank filling noise resulting in lack of sleep in the master bedroom. Some knives were dirty in the knife block.
