I completed a stay here in January 2025 under someone else's reservation. The location isn't bad, but it's also not in a hip or vibrant part of town. You will walk or ride around a mile to most local places of interest. The check in process / virtual reception might be daunting for those that are not tech savvy.
Asthmatics beware, the building elevator and hallway (at least on floor 2) constantly reeked of marijuana. I'm wondering if this is why the apartment fan was supposed to stay on 24 hours for "ventilation." It was also noisier than expected.
Although we had arrived at 4 PM, the room was not ready until 5 PM. We received notification about this after our arrival. Additionally, there were stains on the carpet in the laundry room, scuffed up walls, a broken washer/dryer, as well as a toothpaste container left behind a main door, which just showed a lack of attention to cleaning detail. Finally, The mattress felt very inexpensive.
The kitchen was basic with many empty cabinets.
It was an OK stay. Not a great one.
