I honestly don’t have words for how angry and disappointed I am with Kasa Capitol
Hill Downtown Nashville.
My friend booked our stay at Kasa months ago. We have been counting down the days, making plans, spending money on flights, arranging time off work, and looking forward to making memories together. Then, just two days before our trip, she received an email saying our reservation had been canceled.
According to Kasa, my friend’s name (only) was allegedly connected to damages from a stay in November 2025. The problem? She wasn’t even in Nashville in 2025. Not for that stay, not for that property, not even anywhere near Nashville. Yet Kasa decided that was enough reason to cancel our reservation and turn our entire trip upside down.
What is most upsetting is that they refused to listen. They refused to let her provide proof. They refused to consider that they might have the wrong person. They refused to have an actual conversation about it. No investigation. No opportunity to clear her name. Just a cancellation notice days before our vacation.
Yes, we received an immediate refund. But a refund doesn’t erase the stress, panic, frustration, and disappointment caused by having your accommodations in one of Americas most popular tourist destination canceled at the last minute because of an apparent connection to a prior visit which is 100% proven to be false.
A company that can cancel a reservation days before arrival, refuse to review evidence, and refuse to correct what may be a case of mistaken identity should seriously reconsider how it treats its customers.
