Great location and spacious Likes: Spacious apartment. Location was great. 10min walk to broadway but far enough away to be bothered by any noise. Easy to check in/out. Modern look and feel. Dislikes: Could do with abit of tlc in places ie the toilet wasn’t fully attached to floor. Marked walls etc. however does not impact stay.

My room was fantastic! Larger than I has anticipated. Very clean and organized. Loved the instructions for checking in and checking out. pretty straightforward and easy. Not a nit pick at all but do pay attention to the parking gargare photo and clearance if you are traveling with a taller vehicle.

Wonderful stay in a great part of downtown! The space was easy to find and get into. Great amenities in the apartment and enjoyed having the courtyard to go sit and read in the sun for a bit in between the hustle of exploring the city. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed to for food, shopping, sightseeing as well as a concert at the Rhyman. D’Andrews on Church was an amazing brunch spot nearby! The host provided info on getting in/out timely and clearly. Would def stay again!!

I loved staying at the Kasa the space was very comfortable and really made our trip feel like home on top of being in the downtown area for price budgeting trips just stepping out of the building and taking a walk feels very comfortable thank you again Kasa for my my stay so easy ♥️

This was a mother and daughter trip to Nashville for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. We booked Kasa which was in the perfect location! Kasa is within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do. It was SO easy checking in and out virtually and the instructions were perfect!! I will stay at Kasa again and highly recommend this historic, beautiful, perfectly located rental! Plus the price, location, and amenities were most competitive (better) than any hotel that I looked at in the area. Lucky we came across Kasa when booking the trip. Could not have asked or stayed at a better place!

Book Kasa! This was a mother and daughter trip to Nashville for a concert at Bridgestone Arena. We booked Kasa which was in the perfect location! Kasa is within walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do. It was SO easy checking in and out virtually and the instructions were perfect!! I will stay at Kasa again and highly recommend this historic, beautiful, perfectly located rental! Plus the price, location, and amenities were most competitive (better) than any hotel that I looked at in the area. Lucky we came across Kasa when booking the trip. Could not have asked or stayed at a better place! We used the luggage locker which was convenient. There was a coffee maker in the room which was great but so was the coffee and water available in the lobby. The place was very clean and had plenty of blankets and pillows. I highly recommend booking your stay here if you are looking to stay in Nashville.

This place is beautiful. I’ve stayed at so many hotels in downtown Nashville and this studio apartment was the best! It was close to everything and had every amenity you need. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was easy and parking is directly across the street. We will definitely stay here from now on.

Beautiful historic building This place was amazing!! The studio apartment was the perfect size, clean, and the location was excellent. Check in/out was easy and parking was across the street. The place smells amazing and they provide nice quality soaps and shampoo. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Nashville.

The apartment was wonderful. Location was great, central to Broadway, resturants, cafes, ryman and Printers Alley. Courtyard was a fantastic option for outdoor time. The apartment was spotless, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to downtown. The courtyard area was a very nice and quiet place to walk our dog. Some reviews said check in was confusing but you need to read all of the instructions on the website and the Kasa website. We did not have any trouble. Another couple didn’t get their door code when we were checking in but they messaged and had it within 5-10 minutes. We reserved parking through Kasa too and appreciated having that handy for less than we would have paid elsewhere.

An amazing (and affordable!) place to stay close to Nashville! Great location for a great price! The atmosphere in the place and rooms themselves are quite nice too. Very clean. Noise was a concern but ended up being very quiet and couldn’t hear anything actually, however the room provided two pairs of ear plugs with a nice message just in case! Nice service via message and they had good amenities too in the kitchen area. Will definitely be looking at this location again for any future stays! :).

I felt this was a good place to stay for our vacation. It was very clean and convenient to downtown proximity. The only drawbacks were the following: 1. We recieved notification that the sleeper couch in the living room was not functioning after we checked in. It did not ruin our stay so much, but it was pretty uncomfortable for use when we used that room. 2. The shampoos and soaps were not filled all the way upon our arrival. Also ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly, so we had to resupply those necessities. Overall, had a good stay, it was quiet and safe. Thank you.

We asked ahead of time if there was a coffee maker and were told no, however there was one in the room. Our last night the cleaners were cleaning the suite above us at 5am, clanging and banging a vacuum cleaner. That was the only time it was loud though. Good amount of space, would definitely book again.

Overall we had a very good stay here. Great location only a short walk from broadway but still quiet and private. Building was very nice and well kept. Nice lobby area. Great having the washer and dryer available to us also. Beds were comfortable and nice little extra touches with the make up remover in the bathroom. The only slight problem we had was there seemed to be a lot of ants particularly in the living area and 1 bedroom. Another great point is only 15 minutes from airport.

AC did not function properly. While quick to text problem was not resolved. Maintenance sent used our bathroom & did not leave clean or unused. Ran out of toilet paper & the toilet began to leak in last day of stay. Didn’t seem interested in making situation right during our stay.

The bed was comfortable. The sofa was definitely very uncomfortable. The only TV was in the living room; it was not fun to try & relax on the sofa to watch TV. It was nice having a full kitchen. The water pressure for the shower was excellent. There was no staff per se, but our host was very communicative, prompt & efficient. We did not have a car, but everything was walkable except the Grand Ole Opry & we took a Lyft. I would definitely recommend staying here.
