The kasa team communicated to us the morning of our check in that the pull-out sofa was inoperative. We let them know that was gonna be a problem for us, and they upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite at no cost. They were so nice! Thank you guys. We loved our stay in Nashville.

This was our second time to Nashville and we were very pleased with Kasa. The kitchen had all that we needed, the bathrooms were very clean and very well organized. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. We look forward to rebooking here on our next visit to Nashville. Thank you we had a lovely experience.

I came to Nashville to run the marathon so the closeness to the start line was important for me. Then I realized Broadway was round the corner as well as the State Capitol. The Gulch was also in walking distance. The location was a perfect. In the middle of everything but safe and quiet. The apartment was bigger than expected and the kitchen worked fine for making oatmeal for breakfast. I didn’t cook but I’m sure it would have worked fine. It felt clean and comfortable. Great that I could put my bag in the locker in the luggage room upon checking out. I could explore Nashville a little further without carrying my bag. I can highly recommend this place and I would be happy to stay here again.

This place was okay. Wouldn’t stay here again. Very noisy if you are on the bottom floors. The shower had a loud fan noise when someone was in it. At one point the breaker went out and the host didn’t response for 10+ hours which was frustrating. Parking is an extra charge. Which wasnt disclosed in the listing. All in all. Just not a great experience

The location of our stay was great, within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The parking was convenient across the street from the entrance. The house was clean, and had a nice kitchen. The only negative about our experience was that we couldn’t use the washing machine as it had a strong moldy odor which we opted not to use. It would have been helpful to have. We did reach out to the host and they offered to send someone within 24 hours but we opted to pass since they would be potentially entering when we were not there and we were not comfortable with that plan. Otherwise I would give this place a 4/5 star recommendation.

The location of the hotel was great. It was .5 mile to Broadway and 1 mile to downtown (Gulch). The facility was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and had so much space. I hope I have the chance to stay there again.
