Clean and perfect location. Parking was good and a decent value which helped with decision to stay at Kasa. Like the code vs a key. Kitchen was nice like a home but didnt use much of it. Instructions were thorough and completely accurate. Would stay here again.

Great location for Downtown Nashville, shortish walk but away from the noise. The decor was a bit industrial and grey. But plenty of room and a well-appointed kitchen, including a kettle and toaster. The check-in/checkout process is a bit of a faff if you need to use the parking across the road. The parking itself is fine.

Great location. Walking distance to most main attractions, but in a quiet location. Unit was very spacious. Had a living room and kitchen. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to do some laundry during our stay. Unit was overall clean and comfy. Only negative I have to mention was the condition of the bathroom, mainly the floor. It was warped from the moisture so it gave in some places and caused the toilet to not sit flat on the floor. Shower doors would slide open because the doors were not level. Common area had coffee and a carbonated water machine available for use.

Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The location was easily walkable to everything we wanted to do in Nashville, or just a quick 5-10 min uber to anywhere else we wanted to go. It felt safe for the group of women I was with, spacious, and reasonably priced compared to hotel rooms. The full kitchen and washer and dryer were very convenient as well. The host was very responsive anytime I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this for any Nashville stay!

Kasa was very responsive when I had questions. Parking being available was a really nice convenience, there is no street parking in the area. We were able to walk everywhere, but there are hills so it can be challenging for some. There was no noise from Broadway. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was a little noisy. And the shower had no pressure which may just be a city issue. I have no other cons about our visit. I would stay again.

Great non-hotel option for extended stays Likes: Clean, Modern, Spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Storage lockers for keeping luggage extra hours after checkout. Safe and secure building. Dislikes: No access to basic snacks, beverages or basic needs on premesis.

Great apartment in an excellent position, walkable to many things & close to Honky Tonks on Broadway. Very convenient prepaid parking with a pass opposite in the Sheraton car park. Kasa were quick to respond to all our questions, making it so easy for us. Great stay!

Kasa is in a great location in downtown Nashville. The area was quiet because it was a couple blocks from the busy area. It is also a dog friendly place which we appreciated. It had everything we needed. I’d go back again .

Beautiful stay I made a last minute reservation and even without a front desk, the customer service staff was able to help me quickly. The unit was clean, very spacious and had all the amenities you need including a full kitchen.

Clean and quiet Super cute B&B. Located in walking distance of every bar/ honky tonk/ speak easy/ Music Hall of Fame. You name it. There are scooters for uber or uber/lyfts within minutes for any further locations like Grand ole Opry etc. This B&B is located on the ground floor and stays super dark and very quiet in those early mornings, when late night recovery is warranted. The lobby and community kitchen area is very clean and smells nice as well. Highly recommend. We had a great stay. One thing to note: When ubering, we put the address of the B&B in, and twice we were brought to a middle school about 7 minutes away. So we started using the Sheraton as our home base address to avoid that. Odd that there is the EXACT same address minutes away. But something to be aware of. :)
