Awesome place for a weekend stay in Nashville! Paying for a parking space is a must, and the garage is right across the street from the building. The apartment was accurately described. Check in and check out were easy. The host was responsive and helpful. We would easily stay at this location again!

stay was good, too bad they are so strict if you have a cancelled flight and need to modify stay. couldn't make the first day of my 4 night reservation because airport in new haven ct. cancelled all flights till next day. they refuse to modify reservation by moving it 1 night ahead, not only did they refuse to refund first day or move it to add another night on rear end of reservation but the charged me twice the price I paid nightly for adding a night . after going back and forth with them they will not work with you even if situation is not your fault. I felt like they took advantage of my situation and it cost me a lot more money. funny how airline, parking at airport and rental car company all were willing to help but not Kasa. Just keep in mind if something changes your reservation even if not your fault they don't care and refuse to work with you

We were able to get the early check-in, which was great so we could freshen up and then head out to enjoy Broadway and have a nice lunch. Kasa Capitol Hill In Nashville is a lovely place to stay. Our studio apartment was spacious and allowed for more privacy than I expected. It was clean and located close enough to Broadway that we could walk. If you have trouble walking uphill though, Uber is only about six or seven dollars so it’s worth it. What’s very impressive is the common area it’s literally perfect for a group of a family or friends because there’s plenty of places to hang out and visit and not be in the rooms. I’ve stayed a lot of places in Nashville and I will plan on staying at Kasa again if I can get a reservation! Thank you, Kasa

Location! Walking distance from Broadway, museums, restaurants, and, of course, the bars. Parking?? Not so good. But, Kasa has worked a deal with the garage across the street for a fair rate - come and go as you please - one price, prepaid upon arrival. James welcomed us for check-in. He knows his stuff!

Pros: The physical location is pretty good. It is fairly close to bars and restaurants, although the walk is slight hilly. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was pleasant customer service when we called for help. There are a few entrance stairs, but there is an elevator inside. Cons: The water pressure is very low, sometimes just a trickle. The windows all face other building windows, so pulling down the many shades is a necessity. Don't make the mistake of booking the same day as your stay, as we did. Information was not forthcoming regarding parking or entrance codes in a timely manner. It took us calling the number provided and 1.5 hours on the phone to figure everything out. The condo is a pretty long walk from the front door.

Considering location and price, Kasa was a no brainer. The process of checking in was literally seamless and non invasive. Getting responses to questions we had was easy and prompt as can be. Beautiful rooms, I felt like we got to experience what living in downtown Nashville might be like (compared to just getting a hotel). Location is great and walkable to Broadway and other cool spots. ABSOLUTELY reserve parking through Kasa rather than figuring it out on your own. They offer better rates than anywhere we could find. 10/10 stay and if you haven't been to Nashville yet you will love it here!

We loved our stay at Kasa. Our host was amazing. He was a huge help with our checking in when there was a glitch. Also when I got to my unit the sofa was filthy. He immediately got a steam cleaner and brought me a brand. new duvet cover to throw over it. There's a great lobby to hang in if you're early or need to check out and wait luggage, storage, water, coffee and even a full bathroom.

The location of this hotel is great! You're a 5 minute walk to the Bridgestone arena, broadway, Hattie B's etc. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth and they had luggage storage available which was super great for us as we arrived so early. The rooms were spacious and clean. Warning: the beds and pillows were so comfortable you may spend more time in bed than you planned to.

Great stay at Kasa Capitol Hill! We came to Nashville for the Taking Back Sunday show at The Pinnacle, and the location was perfect for our trip. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The staff/customer service was helpful, and the entire check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Having a full kitchen was a great bonus and made it feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. We also really appreciated having laundry right in the unit, especially when traveling. Parking was easy, and we were close to the concert venue and everything we wanted to do downtown. I’d absolutely stay here again for another concert or Nashville weekend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m honestly OBSESSED with Kasa Capitol Hill. 😍 This place is absolutely gorgeous. The second you walk in, it smells incredible, everything is spotless, and the decor is SO beautifully done. Every little detail is perfect — stylish, cozy, modern, and ridiculously cute. I kept looking around thinking, “Can someone please come decorate my house exactly like this?” 😂 It somehow feels even better in person than it looks in the photos. Such a beautiful, comfortable space and an amazing place to stay in Nashville. 10/10 No notes . Would stay here again in a heartbeat. ❤️

After check in we were told the fold out couch was broken and they left us an air mattress in the closet. Public hair in the shower. Was told there was no one available to help. This is an old YWCA they are operating as a hotel with no staff for over $700 a night? We are Airbnb hosts and this was awful! Basement room on the street so noisy we couldn’t sleep. We reported issues and got auto responses and no actual resolution.
