We had an overall good stay at this Airbnb.
Pros:
The location is excellent — close to Broadway and The Gulch, yet far enough to feel quiet. The apartment was very clean, and check-in and check-out were easy and smooth.
Cons:
Some of the photos didn’t match the apartment we stayed in. The high ceilings shown in several pictures were not present, which made the space feel underwhelming upon arrival compared to the luxury impression given online.
The apartment shows some wear, similar to a hotel in need of minor renovations, with visible scratches from frequent use. However, since it was clean, this didn’t affect our comfort after settling in.
We also ran out of tissues on the first day (only one nearly empty box was provided). When we asked for a restock, we were told we needed to purchase them ourselves, which felt disappointing for a place marketed as upscale.
Overall, a clean, well-located stay, but expectations were set higher than the reality.
