Perfectly serviceable space and it met our basic needs. However, the bathroom was very small and not very private - Jack and Jill doors into the bedroom and living room. Terrible water pressure in the shower unfortunately. No windows in the bedroom, no secondary TV in the bedroom. Made for a cramped feeling. We had issues with the check in (code don’t work initially) but check out was super smooth with little to no clean up effort required. All in all satisfied but would not rebook with this particular venue.

We stayed at Kasa Capitol Downtown Nashville for 4 nights and had a great experience. The place was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—walkable to downtown, restaurants, and attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. One of the best parts was the 24-hour customer service via text, which was super convenient and responsive whenever we had a question. Overall, a smooth, stress-free stay and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Nashville.

New Year’s Eve in Nashville. Likes: Very clear instructions on check in. Very responsive host. The apartment had everything needed. Very specious overall including common areas. Dislikes: Floor is uneven in certain spots. Need to be fixed.

10/10 Recommend! We came for the New Year’s Eve Bash with our daughters and it was the perfect space. It was in walking distance of Bicentennial Park. HUGE PERK! The space was very clean and super modern. Clear instructions plus great communication. I had everything I needed and would be happy to stay here again!

even though the place has Great location and Broadway is on walk distance the room I got didn't really match with the photos that they use to sell the place. the parking it's a little tricky and comes with an extra fee. everything else was really good and satisfactory

The property was perfect for our family stay in Downtown Nashville, it's 2 blocks and 5 mins walk from Broadway which was ideal. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. A point to note if you are parking there though, the Kasa parking is OPPOSITE the apartment building in the Sheraton hotel car park, and Kasa' parking rate is way better than the surrounding parking lot's. I'd definitely use Kasa again and recommend this place.

I loved everything. The bed was super comfortable, I really enjoyed the noise machine, the quietness of the place, how spacious it is, its great central location, and how well equipped it is. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon

Not only was the place nice and clean. It was walking distance to broadway. Was like a 7 min walk to Broadway. We parked and walked almost everywhere. In a great location near all the downtown restaurants and bars. Great location. It was also quiet. Bed comfy. Would definitely book again.

What a cool spot! The building is beautiful inside and feels like a boutique hotel. My unit was spacious, tastefully furnished, and was the perfect home away from home as I was in Nashville to spend the holidays with my family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is awesome - just 2 blocks to Broadway - very easy walk. Lots of coffee shops within walking distance and the unit was way bigger than we were expecting with its central location. PROS: Very spacious, easy and convenient parking, very walkable, very clean CONS: -The bedroom light flickered incessantly the entire time we were there. This was extremely annoying and needs to be repaired. -Only 2 towels were provided - I wish they would provide 3-4 for women who need to wash their hair. It seems like we are always forgotten by those who stock/design Airbnbs. -Noisy street (The host does provide ear plugs to help with this) -AC has a constant, loud "beep" while running. Overall I would recommend this rental. If there were towels for women to dry their hair, and if the bedroom light wasn't faulty, this would have been a 5 star stay for us.

We stayed at Kasa Capitol Hill in Nashville for 2 nights over Christmas. It was such a wonderful place to stay. So well located, clean and it had everything we needed. The communal area was just perfect too. My children loved the water station, where you could customise the flavours. There was lots of different teas and coffees too. We would absolutely return here and would book with Kasa again. Thanks so much

Wonderful space! My parents and I stayed here comfortably for a night in Nashville. We parked in the garage and was able to walk everywhere! So clean, quiet, and the lobby space is a wonderful place to eat breakfast from one of the local coffee shops nearby. Would absolutely stay again!

We stayed for a couple days around Christmas. We loved the close proximity to everything downtown - even Nissan Stadium was just a 20 minute walk. The place was quiet and comfortable, and we appreciated being able to bring the dog. Having to check in before getting into the parking garage was slightly annoying, but I doubt it could be any better in this area of town where parking is insanely expensive (because it is so convenient to everything). Would stay again if we come back to Nashville.

This is a great spot to experience downtown Nashville. If you pay for the parking you can walk your whole trip. Just 10-20 min walk from Nissan stadium to Bridgestone arena.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was clean and kasa was so responsive, even when we reached out after office hours. The location is walkable to broadway, and although we did have some difficulties with parking, Kasa did everything they could to take care of us. Would recommend!

The space was clean and tidy - the communication with the host was not. Upon entering the unit, we found a sizable tear in one of the chairs. We documented the damage to ensure that we were not charged for damage that we did not cause. Despite our documentation, the host seems determined to find someone to blame. My assumption is that the unit was not checked thoroughly before we arrived. We have never had a negative experience with an AirBND until now! Beware!
