Great option off lower Broadway!
Great location. Quiet stay. Clean units and had all that we needed! Would definitely stay here again. 15 minute walk to lower Broadway.

Great property! Close to everything Nashville. Beautiful older building that is renovated. Tons of light and windows. Tons of space for our family of 7. Easiest check in and check out I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for making our short visit to Nashville wonderful!

My stay here was exceptional. This place was super clean and cozy. It really felt like home. It was close/walking distance to downtown and everything else you need. I would 10/10 recommend and I would also stay here again.

Loved the downtown apartment vibe! Great location, walking distance to all the action. Really enjoyed drinking my coffee in the courtyard. The large sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. We especially loved the quality linens.

The accommodations were very nice! Rooms were very spacious. The check in process was awful and very stressfull! No one would answer the 24/7 phone line. They did not respond to email right away. The link they sent us kept saying error code. Needed codes to get in but had no way of getting codes because of not being able to reach anyone. (Only virtual check in, no front desk) after about 3-4 hours of panic finally got ahold of someone and they sent a differnt link. Almost just booked a different hotel but they said no refunds.. like i said Very Stressful. Would love to stay here again but dont think i could handle check in process again.

Having a fully furnished apartment right downtown
Large studio apartment with full kitchen and laundry. Check in was a breeze. Kasa was much better than a traditional hotel for a long business trip. It was also right downtown within walking distance of pretty much everything I needed. I would stay here again.

This property was clean, spacious, and had a great location. It was a great price. The building is within walking distance of many fun spots. It was a safe area with many restaurants nearby. Our only problem was with the parking pass. We were not able to find the pass and notified the virtual front desk, but were still charged. There is ample pay for parking all around the building. We would stay there again.

Excellent Stay
Excellent Stay. We stayed at Kasa for 3 nights. The unit was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Location is great with short walks to the Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, downtown Nashville and the state capitol. Definitely recommend!

The location was great. It’s about a 5-8 minute walk from Broadway. It seemed to be a safe walk. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. We were not notified that we would be on the ground floor (basically even with the roads). This left us hearing all the road noise as well as the parking garage opening and closing. They provided a sound maker and ear plugs, but I would have rather been notified in advance of the extra noisy ro, especially with me booking the room nearly 6 months out. Checkout time is at 11. They provided a locker room for you to put your stuff in, however it seemed that the lockers were all broken. A downfall of kasa is there is no front desk, so no one could help us.

Perfect hotel close to Broadway but quiet
Very nice hotel only 3 blocks off Broadway. Was more like an apartment than a hotel which was perfect for us. We each had our own room and bathroom. Even though no one is visible on site we had great communication with them throughout our stay.

Kasa was great to stay for a couple of nights. I wish I had stayed there for my whole time in Nashville. Beautiful big room, more like a unit. Everything was great. Easy check in and out. I didn't have a car though. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Would stay here again. We had plenty of room for all our 6 guests and we were all very comfortable. The beds are great. We were far enough from all the ruckus to not be disturbed, but close enough that walking to Broadway was easy and quick. All the instructions were sent to me accordingly and we had no issues at all.

Perfect location, clean, lots of room.
Likes: Location, building, the communication prior to our visit, and the room was clean, large and super comfortable.
Dislikes: The only things that could be improved is the noise of the A/C. It is more noticeable because the unit is located in the bedroom area. The water pressure in the shower.

Excellent accommodation, booking experience could have been better.
Likes: Everything about this flat was perfect! I especially loved the attention to detail, and it's the first place in the States to have a kettle so we could make a decent cuppa.
Dislikes: Making payment could have been easier. We booked through booking.com, and it should have stated the extra cost of parking and that we would need to fill out an extra credit card approval form with Kasa to pay. It took me 2 phone calls and 3 emails to get this sorted. Not the best introduction to your company.

I loved our stay here I wish we had stayed some extra days!! The location was great and at night there was no chaos or noise - very peaceful. Only con is having to run into the room when you first arrive to find the parking pass then being able to park. This was also the case for leaving the parking garage as well. I can’t imagine having to do that whole process by yourself and leaving your car on the busy street unattended.

First visit to Nashville and I will say that this location was perfect! Just two blocks from all the fun on Broadway, yet just far enough to be on a quiet street for restful sleep. Comfy bed and the fluffiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. The kitchenette and laundry closet come in very handy. Check in and check out was easy peasy and fast. Five stars, Guys!

Kasa and Parking at Capitol Hill Nashville
Kasa needs to improve the checkin process. There is no way to go back to get parking pass once you reject it 1st pass. Instead on paying the discounted $30 parking we paid $47. You can end up paying up to $52 depending on where you park without that pass. Kasa team via the number provided was unresponsive to 3 requests to get a link so we could get a pass.

Large rooms, centrally located
Loved our stay. Big rooms with comfortable beds and ample living space. Close to Ryman—where we caught a concert.
